I didn't know there was an age, but I would buy them, legal or not, or have someone buy them for me!

Practicing safe sex in your case, unfortunately, is better than if you broke a law that could have the consequence of ruining your life, or even taking it from you!

I don't imagine that it is legal to sell condoms to minors, however, anyone over 16 who is contemplating sex to buy them is smart. The sex part might not be, but hormones speak louder than brains!

I remember as a kid having a condom in my wallet where you could see the circle! Most kids had them. Mine was so old it probably wasn't any good anyway. I got condoms from my uncle as my parents used a diaphragm and I would look foolish walking around with one of those in my wallet!

Well, you didn't say exactly how old you are. I suggest if you need condoms you should go to a health clinic and discuss this with a doctor or a nurse. I would rather you wait on sex because you seem really young. However, a health clinic is a good start because you not only get information and free condoms, but some counselling on navigating relationships. I wish you luck.

There is no age requirement anywhere in the United States in order to buy condoms.

This is ironic since there is an age requirement to legally have consentual sex. I'd be sure to brush up on those laws before I went about using the condoms :-P

Yes it is. In the United Kingdom (UK) is legal for anyone to buy condoms. I feel sure that officials would prefer you to use protection rather than add to the growing list of teenage pregnancies.

i've got faith each and each State had desperate their own way of coping with, STD's, underage intercourse, and undesirable being pregnant's. For the main< i comprehend that any you may desire to purchase condoms, it is not a controlled substance, like alcohol, tobacco, and a few pharmaceuticals. i could certainly sell condoms to youths whom are lively in intercourse. yet, in case you're reffering to youths and the criminal age for intercourse in that State, confident, in the event that they're somewhat youthful (not criminal age) i could question what is going on.

nah...just buy them condoms and have them ready my friend...a condom is like a gun you better have one and not need it instead of needing one and not have it ;)
it is good to be aware of contraception methods and use them instead of having the responsability of parenting when you are not mature enough!!!
read sexual education material know hot to put a condom on, how and when to use it and how to dispose of it. the more you limit your ignorance about these things the better chances you have of not f u c k ing up big time!!! (stds and pregnancy)

They would rather you buy condoms than have sex without one. Even my two year old can buy them. Also, most clinics give them away for free.

Sure.

Maybe you will encounter some difficulties in Alabama, in the Vatican or if you order it with your burger and fries.

In that case tell the shop assistant:

It's for my parents. They decided not to procreate one more spoiled and ungrateful child like me. :-)

By the way: I hope you take delight in using it. Follow the instructions...
