If a united arab coalition suddenly invaded texas (about the size of Iraq) and tried to create a muslim government, would you as americans just accept it? would you think that was right or justified?

Im sure if that happened US ppl would strap on bombs too and go on suicide attacks. No one likes to see their country invaded for no reason...so why do you do it every 3 years???

They pay income tax , social security tax (removed from their paycheck every week), FICA tax and sales tax. When the buy a gallon of milk or a loaf of bread they are paying taxes.

And when they go to the hospital they surely get billed and have to pay. they CANNOT apply for Medicare or medicaid, and no illegal has a right to claim wellfare.

If the immigrants were not needed they would not be here. Pure economics, Supply and Demand.!!

So what seems to be the big problem, if the govt knew they were such a "threat" they would "kick them out". The US certainly has the money and resources.

My parents don't want me to go into Law Enforcement. I feel this is where I should be. I have had an interest in Law Enforcement for about 2 years now ever since I graduated from High School. I have tried explaining to them this is where I want to be. As of right now I have a great job, but it isn't what I want to do. I want to be able to help people. I want to be a full time Police Officer or School Resource Officer or something having to do with our Sheriff's Office. I just can't seem to make them understand this is what I want to do. I have thought about this and prayed about this and I feel this is where I need to be. I need some suggestions for how I can get my parents to understand that this is what I really want to do with my life.

Especially in elementary schools you have a bunch of kids running around pumped full of ridalin and other medication. Why not just bring back the belt. Sure they might get red wrists but honostly, how much damage is done? My parents/grandparent/great grandparents all turned out fine. After all there was no such thing as ADD/ADHD in 1950.

In a previous question, I asked why certain conservatives claim that liberal academics try to suppress the expression of conservative ideas on college campuses. I mentioned in the post that I have been on a college campus and that I have a B.A. in Spanish with a minor in German. A certain conservative poster here then told me that I needed to get in touch and "get a real degree". Obviously, this person couldn't defend her ideas with facts and instead, had to resort to insults. Isn't it hilarious!:)

Getting America to entrench itself in Islam
was the reason for 9/11.
Osama knew he had no chance of sustaining any kind of war/conflict inside the USA. They had to steal airplanes &use them as bombs! Those hijackers had nothing.

So Bush played right into their hands & he went right over there.
&they must have been stunned, when of all countries to invade Bush chose Iraq &Saddam, the only Muslim scourge of Islamic Jihad.
Bush took out their enemy (he let them execute him).
&when Bush&Cheney blamed Saddam for collaborating on 9/11 with Osama the Jihadists must have hidden their faces since open jubilant laughter is forbidden in Islam
They must have attributed their good fortune to Allah.
.Bush turns out is stupider than them by far.
&they're pretty stupid.

When the Muslims win (and they will win militarily or democratically)) in Iraq they will threaten American interests everywhere in the Middle East.

All this & Osama was probably dead by the time Bush invaded Iraq
