Where in the constitution does it say that we the government shall take your money and provide those who do not want to work with free health care, welfare.. and the list goes on and on... whatever happened to people actually taking initiative and working to better their lives instead of making up excuses and looking for handouts... I'm all for those who actually need help getting help but 90% of the people I see getting help in my everyday life are just exploiting the system because they are allowed to. My grandmothers entire family came from another country (egypt) where they did not speak english and had absolutely nothing they cleaned buildings until they could learn english and saved whatever they could until they were able to start buying property for themselves and created their own business... they NEVER took handouts

i guess this is more of a rant than a question =)

We have SO much confusion. Ok, we're an immegrant country. That is where most of the population came from. That was a great idea, and I'm proud to live here. However, there comes a time, when we have to put political correctness on the back burner, and set some ground rules in order to maintain some kind of foundation. Luckily, I'm not the president, so it's not my job to do this(although I'd LOVE to be) Rules are changed ALL the time. Laws are changed ALL the time. I think it's time to set some, that don't change. It's time to make the immegrant conform to the countries ways, instead of vise- versa. Political correctness is a crock. There's a saying that goes, "A great civilization is not conquered from without, until it has destroyed itself from within."~W. Durant That's what we're doing!!!!!Any thoughts?

He is not worthy as president or commander in chief.
Nor can he account for his enlistment or explain how he got placed to the head of the line for service in the TANG.
I find it passing currious how he can talk about sacrifice and duty .

If he becomes president will Osama bin Laden and Al Qaeda respect him for his couragous fight on global warming.

Will he lose respect for them when New York City reaches a temperature of 7,000 degrees.

Think realistically instead of emotionally or hysterically. Would the world really end as we know it? Human beings have been moving around the earth since it began and ... what? Do you think that everyone would want to descend on YOUR country? Would it necessarily cause mayhem?

Who wins in a conflict is determined by who uses the superior tactics. It has virtually nothing to do with whose cause is "more just".

Just like everything else in nature, the survival of the fittest principle favors the party using the superior tactics. Morality has nothing to do with which lion kills the other lion.

And in this instance, history has repeatedly shown that an inferior party will defeat a technologically superior enemy in a guerilla-type war of attrition on the inferior party's home turf. The German barbarians' defeat of the Roman Empire, the American Revolution, Hitler's defeat in Russia, the Vietnam War, the Russians' defeat in Afghanistan...these are all examples.

It's got almost nothing to do with whose cause is "more just". EVERYONE in a conflict believes that theirs is the "more just" cause, or else they wouldn't be in the conflict in the first place. It's just a subjective perception that everyone in a conflict must have in order to be there at all.

23 % of all abortions in the United States are done because of fear of not having enough baby items, that is about 300,000 abortions a year.
Crisis Pregnancy Centers seek to supply those needs, but abortion supporters attack those centers for doing so.
What kind of real choice is that to abort because of fear?
