here is the thing i was looking to purchase the brand new t mobile wing smart phone, they are not in stores yet but people are selling them on ebay for like 470 to 600 dollars so i found a site off of craigslist selling them for 249 dollars so im thinking maybe they are stolen which doesnt concern me that much a savings is a savings but when i did the account thing and processed the payment via visa check card it said whoops the session timed out so it was like none of my info registered but when i went to take a look at my account it shows where the transaction took place but has not went through sort of like a waiting period , what can i do to stop it or get my money back because the seller isnt answering my emails?

With the unknown soldier in Arlington and all others that may be unidentified why can't the government and all the medical profession involved identify all the soldiers with today's technology? I remember that they successfully identified an unknown soldier with DNA awhile back (probably a few years back), it was a very large televised event.

i had to reopen my claim after they said i needed my moms divorce paper work clear in los angeles ca, this was the reason my claim was denied,yea sounds like crap but is true.why would they want this and are they just rtying to stall my claim, iam a 60 yr old viet nam vet , they take good care of my medical needs but i guess they want to do die first then pay up lol.

I found a website -- sell.com -- that sells TV series DVDs. I e-mailed one seller and asked if these were original dvds or burned/downloaded. He e-mailed me that the dvds were not commercially available, which didn't answer the question. I then googled using the site name and found a Q & A website about people who bought DVDs from the site and they all claimed it was legal? Can anyone explain this?

Thats right----on todays new some school children reported the ice-cream man was selling $5 and $10 bags of pot from his ice-cream truck as well as him usual ice-cream cones and treats....an investigation revealed he was an illegal---------my question is-----do you think people who are here illegally are more prone to violate our laws than anyone else? or is this just an isolated incident....

There are at least 4 clubs within a 10 mile radius of where I live, yet they said I was not within any clubs boundries. This is an internation non-profit orginizations that's main premis is to support stay at home moms. Can they legally exclude me based on where I live?

I love them all and want them all home right now. The work in Iraq will never be finished. If we stay, the dying continues; if we leave, the dying continues. The only question is, do we want Americans included in the slaughter, or safely away from it.

Would Jimmy Carter support him? After all it was due to Jimmy Carter's support and "validation" of the Venezuelan elections that allowed Hugo Chavez to take Communist control of the country. He is now shutting down the media, silencing his critics, nationalizing banks and industry.
Yet, the Left is silent. I guess they need to make up their villains, and they must be American, or so it would seem.
