I feel Gandhiji is a great leader who never thought in selfish way and he never thought of going to politics..
He always thought about his people and done many things and struggled for his country and he is mainly responsible for achieving the independence..I dont mean that others didnot struggle because it is struggle of every one..But his concept of non-violence is extra ordinary which no one has implemented and which is being respected by every one..

The one who leads from the front.Instead of preaching he should practice and set good examples for his men to follow.Where
ever trouble is there he should be present with a smile and help insted of shouting and creating a mess.Shouting if required can be done in closed room after the problem is solved.
