George Walker Bush the Lame Duck President has never told the truth in his sad life as he nothing but a coniving Sociopathic Liar. Same as you can't remove the spots from a leopard, you will neever get the Lame Duck to tell the truth even if he were on a lie detector he would still lie and say that there was something wrong with the machine.
