has the law changed from 85%?

Personally,I haven't served any time in Federal Prison in Virginia or any of the other states.Hopefully I won't have to,but I'm not dead yet!

That is why they call it Federal time. It is santioned by the Federal Government, no the state or common wealth, like in Virginia.

I do believe that Federal time is 85% still.

Federal is just that.... it does not matter what state you serve it in.

Federal time is Federal time.... and it is 100% of your sentence.

95-100%. It's not like state or county where there are huge discounts for good behavior or overcrowding.
