Maybe if their offspring were sent to the Middle East instead of all the lower and middle class men and women, they'd think twice.

You are on the right path.
Please make sure these conditions are met so we can repeat history.
1.You have to be winning while the press says you are losing.
2.You need a Hollywood activist to pose with Osama while he straps a suicide bomb on a child.
3.You need a future US Senator to lie to a congressional committee.
So once you get 1 ,2 and 3 you can pull the troops and the funds. Then it will be just like Viet Nam.
If this means I get spit on again or someone calls me a baby killer or asks me what it feels like to shoot an innocent villager. I will not ignore them like I did in the past.

Why, so you can leave our troops hanging? Fund the troops stop telling them that they can't shoot anybody, If the US govt would take off all of the "PC" rules of engagement and just let our guys "git 'er dun" the war would be over already!!!
