as iam working in uk we purchased a land in kerala about 10 cent for registring (adaram writing) can i able to register the land in my name with out coming to kerala i heard that there is some law for this. will any one explain me. will any thing from indian consulate in uk can help me to do this registration with out my presence since my father is in kerala who can act on behalf of me

The best course for you to do is to give registered general power of attorney (GPO)to you father to get the land registered in your name on your behalf. This is is easiest & best method of getting dealing in any land transaction if you cannot be present in person.

Guess legally its not possible .... If possible ask your dad for other possible ways ..
