What is the RE Code? This all important code is located at the bottom of the form. If it's a "4", no. Anything else is possible.
Age limit. You time on active duty is subtracted from your age, and you can enlist, in the Army, up to age 42.

depends on the RE Code. if it is a 4, than only the National Guard will consider on a case by case basis. The age limit is up to 42 or 45 now..Army only.

An Other Than Honorable Discharge shows you had some misconduct in your previous enlistment. I doubt the Army, or any other service, would be willing to accept you. If you feel the OTH was unjustified and have proof of that then you can appeal the decision. Otherwise you must learn to live with the decisions you made earlier in life.

particular. Technically, all who serve are rapidly interior the 'inactive reserve' for some thing like 8, or 12, years after being discharged from energetic duty. Few comprehend this by using fact few examine their enlistment contract, and few are reported as returned to energetic duty in this inactive reserve era of service. officers, and particular others, have an prolonged era of inactive reserve duty than do maximum enlisted men. the traditional document clerk, mechanic, and so on, by no potential is reported as returned, yet snipers, interpreters, and so on, are. Your chum signed the enlistment contract, and is particular via it...even via the info the recruiter by no potential confirmed him.

The army will take anyone who can shoot a gun and die when ordered to. They keep raising the age limit cause the recruiters can't lie fast enough to get young kids to go die for a lie. Go Navy.
