I parked my car on resident’s property, where I reside with a valid resident's parking permit, which is visible. This decision to park in the parking lot was due to the street sweepings, which were to take place the following morning. I normally park on the street. The following morning I found my car impounded which management ordered. After management refused a courtesy warning to me through the tow company, management forced me to pay over $200 to retrieve my vehicle. When I file a claim in small claims, is it possible the property will be found liable?

Should an 18 year old go to jail and be branded a sex offender for the rest of his life because he had sex with his 16 year old girlfriend. or even 17 year old girlfriend?? If you say yes? then I would have a strong urge to punch you in your self-righteous face. What about when a girl lies about her age? Sweet little innocent girls can really be manipulative evil little c*nts (excuse my french) when they want to be, and I know one who actually proudly keeps up a tally of all the guys she sent to jail by lying and is proud of this fact. When a minor decides to shoot up a school or commit any other crime he's deemed "mentally fit" enough to realize he did something wrong that caused misery to others, yet a "minor" girl isn't held accountable for purposely misrepresenting themselves and therefore ruining an innocent and yes i said INNOCENT man's life. Little girls idolize Paris Hilton ,want to be sluts, they get caught and to save face in front of their parents they blame the guy.hm fair!

It has always puzzled me why no one cares about Global Waming. Why are giant gas wasting GMC's continuing to be built? Open your eye's, Religion is not going to save the enviroment. How come anyone who cares about our future generations is put into the Liberal catagory. Since the ones who care about the enviroment are mostly Liberals, Republicans have to take the other side and say that G Warming is lies. Alternate fuel forms have already been proven to work, but are not used because the oil industry is so profitable. What do you think? Personaly I hate how GWarming has become a political issue instead of a moral issue.

I am hearing impaired and I got an urgent letter from Sorenson Video Relay service... And its saying that Bush is deciding to cut - off VRS and make all of us Hearing Impairs go back to TTY/TTD where we have to suffer from dealing with LOOONG delays of GA and SK and so on. You are probably puzzled about Video Relay Service, are you? go to www.sorensonvrs.com and you will see what it is. I'll give you a description of it: Its like a webcam, and when I make a phone call to a hearing individual, an interpreter comes up and she/he calls the number I provide. And we wait till a person picks up and answers. Then we use sign language to communicate. its FAST and EASY to understand anyone w/o having to use words and it so much fast for us. If you really do want to help us, all you have to do is type in a "signature" and I will copy this after the end of this week and mail it to my congressman/woman. Here's mine:

I'll see a question about illegals and they specifically speak on mexican immigrants or illegals. Theres always someone who jumps in and says mexicans are not the only immigrants here. My question is, what other immigrant, Legal and Legal come here and care less about learning english and mingling with the rest of us and dry up our resources?
I think you need to face it, mexicans ARE the majority and therefore will be number one in the topics.

That is all...

During the 2000 and 2004 Elections, the Bush campaign repeatedly used the terms "Compassionate Conservatism", "Born Again Christian", "Faith", and "Morals" to get poor Republicans (particularly the ones in the South and the Bible Belt) to vote for Bush. However, after Bush got all of the poor Republicans' votes, he cr*pped all over them by ignoring their problems.

A couple of my old poor Republican Army buddies who were stationed with me in Fort Campell got screwed on their military benefits, and they had to do repeat tours in Iraq when they were facing financial, family and other various problems. Nobody in their Chain of Command cared about them. It seemed like Bush, his administration, and the higher-ranking military officials were willing to ship the troops off to Iraq regardless of what the their situations were. They constantly get screwed.

So, do the "elitest" Republicans even care about poor Conservatives?
It seems like the only thing they want are their votes.

I had a military Navy recruiter tell me that for the Navy your composite scores for when you take asvab tests doesn't really affect what jobs you are limited too. Only your afqt scores. Is this true? I highly doubt this and I think maybe the recruiter was just telling me this so i can feel more comfortable taking the real asvab test as soon as possible though. But i played along with it. I still have not taken the real asvab test though

White House opposes 3.5 percent pay raise

By Rick Maze - Staff writer

Troops don’t need bigger pay raises, White House budget officials said Wednesday in a statement of administration policy laying out objections to the House version of the 2008 defense authorization bill.
The Bush administration had asked for a 3 percent military raise for Jan. 1, 2008, enough to match last year’s average pay increase in the private sector. The House Armed Services Committee recommends a 3.5 percent pay increase for 2008, and increases in 2009 through 2012 that also are 0.5 percentage point greater than private-sector pay raises.

If instead of rebates to the poor, what if tax exemptoins were made for food and housing. If stocks and bonds were taxed like any other purchase. With a tax rate of 25% would this make scents? I know this is a republican idea, but even as a democrat I think this would be better than our current tax scheme. Is threre a problem with it that I'm not seeing?

This may sound selfish, but if we stay....what's in it for us?
We ARE losing soldiers EVERYday. We ARE losing billions of dollars $$. We are gaining...uh-h-h...hm-m-m....we are gaining....well, nothing?
Don't say oil! We don't need to sacrifice young boys, and girls for that. If you DO want to say oil, it seems then that you agree with this administration. And you also then believe, that this current administration is taking the right approach to ensure our oil status in Iraq . . . kill to get oil! Spend the billions to get oil!
Didn't we originally go there to demolish the Saddam regime? Well it's been done, it's over! Come home!

Here's the editorial:

"Looks like the Bumbling One just gave himself ever more power. Power to control and dictate the entire government, power to really spread the gospel of happy GOP incompetence, power to command the entire wobbly American universe should some sort of epic calamity strike the homeland.

It goes something like this: Should any "decapitating event" occur in America that somehow incapacitates the D.C. power structure, should "any incident, regardless of location, that results in extraordinary levels of mass casualties, damage, or disruption severely affecting the U.S. population, infrastructure, environment, economy, or government functions" take place, well then, all power and decision making would devolve to the White House with none other than the president himself as, well, Super-Mega Lord Decider. You know, Dictator."

Check the Figures

check out these figures, has the U.S. gone mad or is it just the people who are running it....

So often, we get caught up in a debate over political semantics and end up ignoring the hard-shell realities of what we're talking about. According to mmigrationCounters.com, here are some of the realities that the Flake-Gutierrez Bill would airbrush out of the picture:

Number of Illegal Aliens in the Country
20,807,645

Money Wired to Mexico City since January, 2006
$ 22,213,001,672.00

Cost of Social Security Services for Illegal Aliens since 1996
$397,450,739,563.00

Number of Children of Illegal Aliens in Public Schools
3,958,789

Cost of Illegal Aliens in K-12 Since 1996:
$ 13, 965,063,431.00

Number of Illegal Aliens Incarcerated
332,594

Cost of Incarcerations Since 2001
$ 1,398,127,429.00

Number of Illegal Aliens Fugitives
642,799

Skilled Jobs Taken by Illegal Aliens
9,872,838

Figures can trick your eyes. Take particular note that items 2,3,5, and 7 reflect BILLIONS not millions of dollars -- and that item 3 exceeds one-third of a TRILLION dollars.

Can you imagine how much it will cost taxpayers if we triple the number of Illegals entering this country!!

We need another party to replace the Republicans as they head toward extinction carefully prepared by Bush/Gore. I think it should be the Green Party but I am open to suggestions. We should give a minute of silence to a once proud party of Lincoln and Goldwater but their days are only a few more than the number of Republicans lining up to lead them into oblivion. Long live the 2 party system.
