Make a police report, and have a restraining order placed against them. The police will tell you how to do it.

Restraining order. They violate it they go to jail.
One time in school I was bullied.I was slapped in the back of my head. I punched the kid. I tried for his jaw. He jumped and I got his shoulder. I knocked him right over the desk. He never bothered me again.
I would rather see you stand up for yourself. When you stand up to bullies it gives you huge confidence boosts.
