If you are referring to Barrack Obama, it is because he is running against a woman. The entire female (and some of the male) populous will most likely vote for her because they believe that she can relate to their issues. He is up against a b**** (Hilary Clinton) and another minority member, so his chances of getting the most votes is small. It isn't necessarily racism that is screwing over his campaign, the votes are just going elsewhere. I am a white guy and I could easily stand/support a black president, provided I viewed him/her as the right candidate for the job. Most white people could "stomach" a black president but others, I suppose, are afraid of change.

I have no problem with a black President. I just expect the President, no matter what their color, to have experience and be a leader....which I believe Obama does not possess at this time. On the other hand, I wouldn't mind seeing Secretary Rice in the White House.

Good question. First there are very, very few blacks in "ANY" leadership postions, when they are such as the Mayor of Detroit or Mayor of DC they are very corrupt, these men are criminals and everyone knows it..they are convicted criminals. Blacks just don't make good leaders, they are a people that needs to be led not lead. 90% of blacks homes are led by a female black me don't take care of their own..so how could they lead a nation...it's just simple facts. Blacks lag behind in nearly every catagory know to man...we all know this and that's why it will generations before they can lead...change for them must come from within their own community..not whitey

When a qualified Black runs one could be elected. Not this election America doesn't want a socialist x-crack smoking rookie politician as president
pulling the race card tells me you have no facts or reason to support your point of view
Why is it we are racist if we don't have a guilt problem with the 140 year old slave issue. Vote the person not the color of the person

Depends on who the black candidate is. Don't shove Obama out there and call me a racist if I don't want to vote for him. If you want me to vote for a black candidate give me somebody like former Congressman J. C. Watts of Oklahoma, or Justice Clarence Thomas, or Secretary of State Condelezza Rice. Its about the content of the message, not the color of the messenger.

i'm black and that i relatively stand in comparison placed up. mostly because of the fact with the intention to call on the starting to be a member of of any united states, we ought to first connect interior ourselves. we are able to sit down down right here and blame all of us else all we'd like for consistent or previous infractions, yet presently we are including to that very situation via killing ourselves. This election should not be approximately race interior the least because of the fact it represents a hazard for this united states to place race aside and seem on the applicants as they're, without bias. i hit upon it demeaning that race could be even pronounced inspite of the reality all of us know exists already. all of us know all of us might unlike him because of the fact he's black. all of us know some blacks won't like McCain only because of the fact he's white, yet as quickly as all of us do no longer instruct ourselves to look previous the floor, then we are discovered no longer something and our infants would be a similar way. the actual factor of it relatively is to rejoice what makes us distinctive no longer condemn it. The extra polls I see, the extra boards I study, I see how many human beings concentration on it and that i additionally see much extra attempting to go previous it. i think of all of us ought to truly artwork on only doing that, especially for this election. because of the fact if Obama only occurs to strengthen into president, a sparkling financial ruin would be written in this united states. and in line with hazard which will bypass one step closer to shifting previous the difficult situation of race.

Really should not matter what color or the fact one of his parents is white. What matters is if he is the one who holds the same views on the issues as the voter. That is the reason I wont vote for him as his views clash with mine.

Americans can be lead by anybody with leadership qualities. If he has them, then he has a good chance at being president. So would a woman, just not Clinton though.

Until we can ignore the color of a persons skin, there will be racist people like you and Al Sharpton. I will judge a candidate on the issues, Color or Sex or Religion should not come into play.
