Niether,this country has been run by unelected civil servants for decades.Civil servants raise taxes for the whole country and are also the people who spend the money.Look at the M.O.D. for an example soldiers would not buy crap guns,pilots would not authorise planes that are obsolete before even entering service[the new eurofighter/typhoon]the twenty year old f.14 is a better weopon.The navy wouldnt buy a mini carrier ,the Falklands proved it was not a true projection of force and the harrier is to slow and obsolete.

Not the EEC and anyone who thinks it is simply does not understand how the UK Parliament and Brussels operate. Some of the trashy newspapers (Murdoch stable) push the EEC angle with constant scare stories and sadly some gullible readers choose to agree.

The Act of 1992 gives EC law precedence over UK law it should be repealed. Our ancestors fought long and hard for an independent country. The 1992 Act betrays them and should be repealed. EC laws only being adopted after proper scrutiny by Parliament. If EC produce more laws than Parliament can handle they will have to wait.

Alternately use the French method let it go through and just ignore it if it doesn't suit
