Can you tell me what ballistic protection level it is, what it can stop.-
and if anyone know if it can make rifle rounds worse by causing the bullet to deform and tumble as it goes through you. but doesnt a M16s bullet tumble as it goes through you anyways?

Well according to the own company: "The level of protection offered by the flak jacket is not guaranteed." They mostly claim it's a protection against "fragmentation" so it wont stop any M16 rifle bullet for sure or anything shot at it. A "flak vest" and is not the same as a "ballistic vest".

"Flak vest" are used to protect against fragmentary explosion like from grenades, "ballistic vest" to protect against bullets (depending on the armor level of protection).

And no; vests don't make rounds worse. Not all ballistic vests can stop M16 rounds, but it's better to wear one than nothing if you get hit.

Flack Jackets are NOT Bullet Proof, they are designed to catch grenade fragments and low velocity shell splinters.

Most military ammo goes through them.
