My boyfriend's mom has made him take a restraining order against me! I feel she did it, because she don't want us to be together, we were already in the mist of an argument, and she used that anger to pit him against me. So I wanna know can I ask the judge for mediation, because I feel if me and him was to talk one on one...we could work it out!

I've known many Christian families that have allowed their dying relatives to be taken off life support. Why did they expect President Bush to do something about her?

Would you still get them for breaking and entering if they put more jewelery in your jewelery box, and stuffed more money inside your piggy bank. What if they added a few extra games or DVD's to your collection?

For all the free people that still protest, you're welcome. We protect you and you are protected by the best. Your voice is loud and strong, but who will fight for you? No one standing in your crowd. We are father's, brother's, and son's, wearing the boot's and carrying the gun's. We are the ones that leave all we own, to make sure your future is carved in stone. We are the ones who fight and die. We might not be able to save the whole world, well atleast we try. We walked the paths to were we are at, and we want no choice other then that. So when you rally your group to complain, take a look in the back of your brain. In order for that flag you love to fly, wars must be fought and young men must die. We came here to fight for the ones we hold dear, if that's not respected, we would rather stay here. So please stop yelling and put down your signs, and pray for those behind enemy lines. When the conflict is over and all is well, be thankful that we chose to go through hell.

Serious answers only. Love him? Hate him? Why?

Personally, I can't stand the man. I think he has an excuse for everything.

Here is the kicker, the person that passed the prescription pills was a M.D. and he was given the meds from someone (not his patient) to someone that also was not, in a non-professional arena. Also he was not the person that prescribe the meds.

Hear out these two big differences before answering:

1) You can lawfully not have car insurance if you don't drive. The only way you can lawfully not have health insurance is by committing suicide (which to me sounds counter to the point of requiring health insurance)

2) Mandatory car insurance is so that you can pay someone else if you damage their property. Mandatory health insurance only protects the individual from him or herself.

Can anyone reason with these dems before they throw this rights-squashing law on us?

All empires fall from dominance at some point. The Romans were once the most powerful. Spain had a time of dominance after discovering the "new world". The British were extremely powerful because of their unmatched naval superiority. Now the United States is considered the most powerful country in the world. But that will come to an end some day....very likely sometime in the next half century as you can already see the seeds of our fall from dominance taking root. I think we are already on the journey to the end (not from existence, but from dominance). We are largely coasting on the momentum of our former greatness.
We can talk about deficits and the dollar falling, but the real culprit is the people. Our population is increasing in self-centeredness and ignorance (or am I just getting smarter? ha ha) and decreasing in wisdom and morality....the perfect environment for corruption to flourish.

So who do you think will be the next superpower? Why?
