Would you still get them for breaking and entering if they put more jewelery in your jewelery box, and stuffed more money inside your piggy bank. What if they added a few extra games or DVD's to your collection?

Hell ya I would still report them no matter what they put back or what they left.The fact remains that some scumbag was in my house knowing how to get in.That just creeps me out knowing someone knew how to get in.

There is still trespassing if someone breaks into a house when not authorized even when the entry benefitted the owner. It is on the discretion of the owner to file a complaint.

If this actually happened, then their probably trying to frame you for something. Let you get caught with some stolen merchandise or something.
The best bet would be to make the stuff disappear.

If it was Dec 25 th I would be happy. If it weren't I would think they may be hiding stolen goods in my house,.
