For all the free people that still protest, you're welcome. We protect you and you are protected by the best. Your voice is loud and strong, but who will fight for you? No one standing in your crowd. We are father's, brother's, and son's, wearing the boot's and carrying the gun's. We are the ones that leave all we own, to make sure your future is carved in stone. We are the ones who fight and die. We might not be able to save the whole world, well atleast we try. We walked the paths to were we are at, and we want no choice other then that. So when you rally your group to complain, take a look in the back of your brain. In order for that flag you love to fly, wars must be fought and young men must die. We came here to fight for the ones we hold dear, if that's not respected, we would rather stay here. So please stop yelling and put down your signs, and pray for those behind enemy lines. When the conflict is over and all is well, be thankful that we chose to go through hell.

I don't know who wrote it but I completely disagree with it. Violence never has or never will be a viable solution to any problem. Does or did the person who wrote this actually believe in our own civil war that if it hadn't taken place slavery would still exist? The progression of humanity will solve a great many issues that through intolerance and impatience more war and the seeds of war have hindered. The very essence of humanity decries the anguish of the ages whereby those loved ones have been slaughtered for naught but the underlying corruption of national leaders and deluded minds.

Why does it have orthographic errors (e.g., "father's" instead of "fathers" for the nominative plural) though? Don't politicians have proofreaders?

I just "Googled" the text and found out it's from some "Howdy's" blog. If you really copied it verbatim, it's full of orthographic errors though.
