I was wondering if Hillary has had a bad track record of being in charge. What concrete proof can you provide that she does not deserve to be a President of the United States? Who all has been fired in the Clinton administration? What caused her to fire the Travel Office. What caused the other firings or problems that she has been accused of? What are the negative accusations that she is accused of?

I work as a carpenter for a general contractor. I found out today that one of the sub contracters is ripping off the mexicans that are working for him. He said he would pay them 400. a week to do framing for him. He is working them 55 to 60 hrs a week, and when it comes time to pay them he is only paying them 100. a week. They are not legal and do not speak english,so they are afraid to say anything for fear of being deported. Is there anyone I can call,or talk to on their behalf?

I am a republican..but that dosen't make me "anti-democrat." I have no problems against democratic people..so don't tell me im a "blah blah blah." This is just a quesiton..well more like a poll. I think a conservative should win. But it's w.e really. I think as long as hillary clinton or obama don't get elected then we're ok... But if they do..Umm...we are pretty much doomed. lol but anyway Who would you vote for?

THIS IS JUST FOR FUN. SO NOONE COME IN AND START B****ING ABOUT POLITICS.

Seriously. People have died in wars in the past, the only difference is every single step is broadcasted during prime time television in living color this time. War is hell, war is ugly, and we were never meant to see it. I think the media should have stepped aside a long time ago and people like Geraldo Rivera should never have been allowed to stand on our front lines and broadcast live from the desert. Besides the fact that it's morbid at best, it's also putting our own soldiers in danger. It's naive to think Americans are the only ones with access to this programming.

But, that being said, the media loves to put their own spin on things. Things are distastefully edited at their leisure, with opinions instead of facts spinning a wicked web on the scene before us. When biased opinion seems to fill the everyday lives of people, some people start to take on these opinions themselves. It's called media brainwashing.

I was ticketed with a minor consumption over 2 years ago. I had originally had the case dropped because the cop didn't show up for court, but now they re-filed the case!! So I go back to court in a few weeks. The story goes, I had about 8 people in my house drinking (some underage, some of legal drinking age) and the neighbors called the cops saying we were "too loud" in the house... So a couple cops stayed by the door of my home and one came thru my backyard and onto my deck with a sliding glass door. I was in the porch which is not visible from that door but there were two girls and 1 guy in my kitchen which the cop could see. He said as soon as they saw him, they tried to move to another room to "hide" but they were entering the porch I was in, which is the exit to the house (by the way, there WAS a cop outside that door as well) So the cop came into my house and gave breathalizers, and well now here we are. I just want to know if he had legal right to enter my home or not

I know liberals that refuse to even allow their kids to watch GI Joe cartoons because they believe it is propaganda from the Reagan administration geared at getting soldiers to kill innocent victims. Apparently the message of "stay and fight until the job is done" and "GI Joe never gives up" and "GI Joe defends freedom" means little to these people. Are all liberals extreme pacifists, or is there something they will fight for? It seems like they are so courageous when it comes to burning an American flag and mocking my country, yet are surprisingly morally weak and cowardly when it comes to defending freedom and fighting for what is right and just in the world. I guess to a liberal it takes more guts to burn an American flag in Manhattan where you could face a $50 fine for protesting without a permit than actually standing up to Islamic fascists and enemies of democracy. Thank you liberals, for showing me everyday what type of people you really are.

BAGHDAD (Reuters) - U.S.-led soldiers control only about a third of Baghdad, the military said on Monday, almost four months into a security crackdown during which troops are dying at rates not seen for more than two years.

More than 18,000 extra U.S. troops have been deployed around Baghdad as part of the campaign, which began in mid-February and is seen as a last-ditch attempt to drag Iraq back from the brink of all-out sectarian civil war.

The New York Times reported earlier on Monday that, according to an internal military assessment and local commanders, U.S. and Iraqi troops controlled 146 of Baghdad's 457 neighborhoods.

The New York Times said that, according to the one-page military assessment of the crackdown, troops had either not begun operations or still faced resistance in the capital's remaining 311 neighborhoods.

Bush won a bruising battle with a Congress for war funding but is under growing pressure, including from within his own Republican Party, to show progress in the unpopular war or start bringing troops home.

June is showing similar casualty rates to May, with 17 U.S. soldiers killed in the first three days, 14 of them reported on Sunday.

May was the third-worst month for U.S. soldiers since the invasion to topple Saddam in March 2003. The worst months were November 2004, when 137 were killed, and April the same year when another 135 died.

Tens of thousands of Iraqis have been killed in the same period. While there was a significant reduction in the number of targeted sectarian killings early on in the security crackdown, those numbers have risen again, with dozens of bodies being found in Baghdad almost every day.

I and my girlfriend recently moved into an apartment together we thought at first looking at there furnished and the neighborhood we were making a good choice.

To make a long story short, basically since we moved in have faced upto 30 crictial to non crictial issues with the apartment and a leasing office who is neglent on returning phone calls and responses(still waiting on a call back over a week now). Most of the crictal issues either has been fixed in less than week or more because the apartment manager promised work asap but have to call her and remind her of what she said. The apartments swimming pool that is open is cracked and falling apart around the edges. My girlfriend and I faced a oven fired 3 days after moving in, had the fridge replace, paint strips and chips on cartets, ac replaced and thermosat to name a few.

I was curious who can I turn to for help in this matter to file a complaint. I have tried managment office and there mangaers but no luck. thanks.

This telemarketer keeps calling my house, no matter how many times I press "2" (do not call again), so I pressed one the last two times to (speak to a representative) and asked to speak with whoever is in charge. Both times, the person who answered said he was in charge. So, I told him to stop calling. The first time, he totally ignored me, and whenever I was quiet, he went ahead with his telemarketing spill, urging me to "lower my interrest rates". When I said I was calling a lawyer, he said "have fun" and hung up. The last time, the guy said, "you need to press 2". I said I did that four times, and he said, "Well, do it again!" and hung up. So, what kind of lawyer do I need to talk to to get these calls to stop!?

...or are all people on American soil covered regardless of their citizenship status? If you think only American citizens are protected, then why do we keep detainees indefinitely in Gitmo? (Note: The Constitution prohibits indefinite detentions through the 'right to a speedy trial'). Lastly, if the Constitution applies to everyone on American soil, don't illegal aliens also deserve Constitutional rights (after all, the 1993 World Trade Center bombers got them)

"It sucked over there. There were times I was up for 3 or 4 days straight. But it's my job, it's my duty to be over there. As much as things sucked, seeing the dead bodies and smelling them, I can't really find a real negative experience. That comes with the territory, it's part of my job." Cpl. Brian Onieal

"I think I'm a better friend and a better son and a better citizen of the world because I went over there, because I gained that appreciation for what really matters in the world. You don't know if tomorrow will be here. You don't know how long you have. You have to be the best person you can, while you can." Sgt. Chris Arndt

"They wanted their country to be like ours. They want their country to be free. To have what they want, the freedom to exercise their own religion.
