No, he's being prosecuted.

Then he's being jailed.

Then he's being released.

Then he's being an ex-con.

Then he's being feted at his homecoming parade.

Ms Pelosi says she will have no corruption in her house, so she must be asking for his resignation and prosecution to keep her word.

What I can't wait for is:
1) the fallout from this, i.e., who else will be seen scurrying across the floor now that the light is on, and
2) when will they look into Harry Reid? It is commonly alleged that if you want to talk to this dirty harry, you have to make a donation {pay a fee} to one of the lobbyist companies that employ one or two his family members.

What about the land deal in LV? the Laughlin bridge project funding? condo gifts? How did HR go from dirt poor to having a net worth of about $30M without ever having a real job?? Look over your shoulder HR; see the man? hear the footsteps?

I guess we will see what evidence they have. Sounds like some of it is pretty good. They said the 90k in his freezer was "sting" money" used as bait. And having video of him taking a bribe sounds pretty compeling to me.

His name is Jefferson, not Clinton or Kennedy. The money he tried to conceal were marked bills, and he is on tape. It will be interesting what his defense will be, but given that he is a democrat, insanity might be plausable.

Nope. Jefferson got caught.

But let's not confuse apples with oranges here. The GOP still has more skeletons in its closet right now, than the Democrats.
