Been caught at 101mph on a motorway, already have 6 points on licence, what am i likely to receive, only received the summons through today, and the date is in a few days??! where do i stand?

I lost my temper with someone and set out to kill him. I managed to calm down enough to not do it. The next day I saw my doctor and told him that I needed help as I didn't know if I could control myself in the future. The doctor called the police and I spent the next six month in jail waiting for my trial and then sentance. I was given twelve months suspended for eighteen. I would like to know if it was lawful to charge me with threats to kill when asking for help not to lose my temper in the future?

I get shi* scared and run down to my underground bunker in the backyard and start reading the bible which helps but I just keep having panic attacks. What should I do to overcome my fear of being attacked by terrorists? After Fox news reports that the coast is clear only do I feel better.

I always hear people saying "Republicans suck, republicans are great, democrats suck, demcorats are great," yet both Republicans and Democrats have both had their good and bad members.

Strom Thurmond-Democrat(at the time)
Trent Lott-Republican
Both attempted to keep civil rights legislation from being passed.

Lyndon Johnson-Democrat
George W. Bush-Republican
Both lied to get America into unwinnable wars.

Bill Clinton-Democrat
George W. Bush-Republican
Both draft dodgers.

We've had both Republicans and Democrats do thing like have extramarital affairs, take bribes, get their rich friends more money etc. etc. etc.

But would you look at what party they belong to and then decide right there wether or not they were good politicians?

China is the new evil empire of the world. They have plans to over throw us in a nuclear attack then massare and enslave us all. But their first plan is to ruin us by destroying our economy and grab every drop of wealth for themself and achieving total monopolistic control of all resources on Earth by selling us junk produces to steal all of our money.

They are an atheist police state and the people are not allow to have a Bible. China is continuing to build up its forces. It continues to abuse human rights in a flagrant fashion. It constantly bullies and threatens its neighbors in the Pacific. it also fundamentally opposed to everything America stands for; freedom, tolerance, democracy, and human rights.

Just think about this:
Every Chinese employed means an American worker idle.
Every Chinese produce sold means an American produce unsold.

We fought against them in Korea and Vietnam. There they cruelly murdered US soldiers.

Once a Chinese - Always a Chinese!

If the laws we currently have on the books were enforced, such as punishing employers that knowingly hire illegals,such as building the fence that the money has already been allocated for,such as immediate deportation of all illegals that enter the judicial system,etc the illegal immigration would slow to a trickle because it would make it almost intolerable to be an illegal immigrant. Everyone needs to keep up the pressure on their senators to stop this disaster,it was your input that killed the "reform" bill,your input could also force stepped up enforcement of current law if you keep the pressure on.

why are all you Democrats so pissed at the world. If our troops werent in middle east fighting for your freedom we would be having IED's on our roads here. We havent taken one drop of oil from Iraq. Al Queda are the insurgents in Iraq. Remember they are the ones that killed over 3000 of our friends and family members in 2001. The immigration reform. THANK GOD it has been shut down for now. You do relize that when that bill is signed that 20 million people will now have access to social security benefits. You know the one you have put all that money into..yea they didnt and they get it..They need to just get in line and do it the right way. So please tell me why. Why do you hate us fighting in Iraq liberating a country and protecting YOU? Why do you want 20 million people taking your Gov. benefits that you worked so hard for? WHY?

I got into an argument with my girlfriend the other day, and she got really sassy with me. I'm sorry to say that I lost it and smacked her. I hit her harder than I thought because I was drunk, and she fell back.

She got up, and started screaming at me. I started to approach her again. I wasn't going to hit her, but she thought I was, and she kicked me in the balls. Real hard. I fell down, and by the time I could breath and get back on my feet, someone --maybe a neighbor--had called the police.

After we both told our stories, I ended up spending the night in jail. The police said that I was the "primary agressor" becasue I started it, and I was a bigger threat, and she felt "reasonably threatened" to act in self-defense.

What I don't get is, how is that self-defense, to respond to a slap with a kick in the balls? She knows I'm no threat to her. I think that I was treated unfairly. Is there any recourse I have? Can I have her charged with assault

Do you think our nation could survive without income tax but with sales tax?

I'm kinda skeptical about the no income tax approach because yes I would love to keep our earnings and it would be great to hear less people complaining about where their taxes go to (usually getting pissed at the poor soaking up their income tax)

So, let's say the income tax were phased out. What would happen? Would we sink or swim? Would we have to get rid of government programs for this change like welfare and how would that work out? Would celebrities donate to poor americans? What would need to be done to our current system for this drastic change in order for it to work?

Think, healthcare
poor people
rich people (would they be happy too)
public schools what would happen?

When it comes to low income to middle, would the 200-400 saved make up for medical bills and would schools become run down?

What would you do to balance it out?

i hear lots of whinning, huh they broke our laws, they are criminals. who cares get a life, the government just does that so people wont focus on the war in iraq and how many people bush is sending to kill. bush rather have all people focus more on illegals than the war and how much damage he is doing, like gas prices and soldiers dyeing. Also think on how the world is by global warming, you never know when the world might end, we are not forever, try and make it worth it and live a happy life and do good things and love one another. open your eyes. why be racist and getting mad about stuff that is not our problem, leave it to the u.s border patrols thats their job.

office assisted me in presenting the evidence to the Pierce County Prosicuting Attourney since the crime was committed in the Appeals Court in Pierce County. I was also directed by a legislative attourney to take this evidence to the State Bar Association. Both the Pierce County Appeals Court and the Washington State Bar Association refused to hear, investigate or acknowledge this crime. Any serious suggestions as to what I should do next in my pursuit of justice in this matter.
