Based on your speed you can receive anywhere from 3 to 6 penalty points. When you reach 12 penalty points you are at risk of a driving ban. My advice...when you go to court, dress smartly, plead guilty and take full responsibility for your driving. When a driver accepts liability the courts are usually a bit more lenient.
And for god's sake....SLOW DOWN!!! Next time you probably will lose your license.
Best of luck.

The chances are very very high that you will get a ban. The only possible way around it is to go to court, plead guilty and ask that an increased fine is considered if you need your car for work and without it you will be out of a job.
Its not a guarantee but it can have some effect on some magistrates

At 101mph, your speedo would have been showing 110mph. The way you are going you will be taking the slowest drive you have ever taken, in the back of a hearse when they pick up all the pieces. Go and buy a bike you won't be driving for a while.

You'll be unlikely to escape a ban unless you can convince the court you really need your car for your livelyhood. Expect a three figure fine too. The benchmark for getting your walking licence is anything over 99mph.

So.... youre one of THOSE drivers. In Texas, with a record like that, your license is REVOKED!!!
But seriously, whats wrong with you? Watch Fast and Furious one too many times? And why did u even stop for the cop? If you are already doing over 100mph, you have a head start. Light that ***** up and at least try to get away.

It's normally an automatic ban if you're caught doing over 100mph.
With 6 pts already on your liecense, especially if they are for speeding as well, I think you should kiss you driving days good bye for a while.
In future slow down.

I'll depend on how well you put your case over to them .. Job, family circumstances etc. It's just about damage limitation at the mo' you'll get banned without a doubt, but for how long it depends on your 'story'

Most definitely a ban and a fine at that speed.
Why were you speeding at all when you had six points on your licence.
Maybe a ban might be the answer anyway, because six points clearly didn't slow you down.

Automatic ban - just depends on the length of time. Did you not learn about speed limits when you learnt to drive?
