First Amendment; violated by Campaign Finance Laws, serious attempt to completely ignore it by installing the Fairness Doctrine

Second Amendment; totally ignored; in fact we are told the clear language and indisputable history behind gun rights are actually just a technicality to ensure that states have National Guards.

I could go on and on but I think you get the picture.

The rights given in the Bill of Rights are natural rights given to man by God (nature if you prefer) they are not goodies handed down to us by the grace of a few politicians; I wish more of them could grasp the concept.

Only the U.S. has a Bill of Rights. Most countries that have a constitution similar to ours says Rights Given by the Government.
