He seems well educated, and he seems like he would make an excellent president, and I definitely would vote for him, however, do you think that him being black will hurt his chances at being elected president?

alot of people say because its breaking a law but there is a lot of american citizens{no matter what race} that also break laws. Ex.drugs, murder, rape, child abuse,D.U.I., stealing. Those are all laws and they break them everyday! so what is the big deal. They just want to get paid like everyone else does.

I've worked at the same job for 2 half years. Our new manager hates me. She says im the "untouchable one." I do my job and im told on a regular basis im the best employee in there. I'm so fed up with all the drama and her trying to get me wrote up. She's started even using the schedual against me. She's schedualing me for 3 days only working 3 hours and going home. I told my general boss about it. She changed the schedual but its to unload a truck from 8-2 4 2 days thats one of the hardest jobs in there. I really dont want to do it and i feel like my general manager is going along with her punishing me. My general manager said the reason she doesnt like me is because her husband who works there is always asking me to have an affair with him and touching me. She says this is her way of acting out and punshing me. I dont think it's fair. What do i do about her schedualing me for the other 2 days to come unload the truck? What do i do about the boss? I feel like saying im not coming.

they themselves are the ones giving comfort and aid to the enemy? Do they not realize that the terrorists watch our news stations and read our papers? Every time they see a stupid anti-war rally or some famous person slamming our troops and our President, don't they think that this is encouraging terrorists and giving them more will to fight?

The worse thing you can show an enemy is weakness.. they will find new life to fight even when they are on the ropes.

So do you think with the proper support for our troops, a united voice and the ability to actually fight the war the way it should be fought, that the enemy might just start to weaken in spirits and this thing could come to a closure sooner?

So how about let's stop accusing anyone of hating the country just because they have a different way of thinking than you do??

I have a minor battery charge that is keeping me from getting a job.
Should I get a lawyer, or should I call the court and ask for forms to fill out?
Also, if I should hire a lawyer, how much do you think it would cost?

I just read an article in which stated that electrical brain stimulation of certain regions of the brain can induce a euphoria that is perfect. It states that the test subject would rather experience such happiness rather than any other activity, including those such as eating if starving or other life threatening situations. From the right for all americans to pursue happiness, is not it reasonable that one can implant an electrode into one's own brain to induce euphoria? Laws do not pervent getting a tattoo, or cutting yourself with a knife, or even sometimes committing suicide, but the pervention of medical surgical procedures is prevailant. We may seem to think that it is all about corporate America, who will buy the goods and help businesses succeed if everyone just wanted one thing:to stimulate their brain for mere cents rather than buy a expensive meal, car, house, etc.? How can any country have a right to our body if they claim to be a free democracy? We are born with the right

I am mexican and have mixed feelings about the whole immigration crap. I understand... if you want to come to the US you need to do it legally... but if you ever lived in Mexico, you would understand why millions have risked their lives crossing that deadly border. America is the escape, the american dream. We are hard working people who are willing to take the jobs "american" refuse to do. We pick the cotton and the fruit, we mow and pick up so the yards will look clean, we wash the Mercedes and the Hummers.... why don't we, as americans, have a little heart. For those who are seeking amnesty and want to do it legally, let them. I have it tough. I am discrimanated for being Mexian American... but when I visit Mexico, I am discriminated for being "white". Walk in the shoes of a mexican... maybe you will all think differently.

Just wanted to share a thought.

I live in the Peoples Republic of China, have for the last year, a transplanted American.

Yesterday I had to go to the big government office building in the city I live and get my visa extended.

1. I took the #13 bus, for 8 cents, to the building

2. I walked in, there was one half asleep security guard at the door. No metal detectors, no security camera's that I could see, no military or police in thug like black jump suites with combat boots and carrying at point a rifle.

3. I walked up to the third floor and went into the office were I was instructed to go. Since everything is in Chinese I went to the first person I saw and asked who I needed to see. They got up from behind their desk, looked at my visa and took me to them.

4. I was given a form, all in Chinese and they helped me fill it out. They gave me tea to drink.

5. They told me to come back in 4 days to pick up my visa.

6. I left 15 minutes later.

Damn they treat me nice.

Just so everyone knows, I did my four years in the military and my husband is still in. We are hoping our children will enlist, too because we feel there is much more to come of the present war. I think it's possible for it to come to the U.S. I hope people like Cindy Sheehan are front and center when that happens-with their little signs and T-shirts!

Are there no limits to the USA in its prosecution and action against suspects? How many mistakes have been made as the USA pursues and tortures targets?

Prober: CIA ran secret jails in Europe
By ELAINE GANLEY, Associated Press Writer
30 minutes ago

PARIS - The CIA ran secret jails in Poland and Romania to interrogate key terror suspects, shackling and handcuffing inmates, keeping some naked for weeks and reducing contact with the outer world to masked and silent guards, a European investigator said Friday.

The CIA called the report "distorted," but stopped short of denying the existence of prisons in the two countries — the agency said it does not discuss the location of its overseas facilities. Poland and Romania also vehemently denied the allegations.

This is what they mean to me: A liberal person is one who thinks everyone should do what they think is good for them. Basically, very open minded people tend to be liberal.
Democrats: People who want to PROGRESS
Republicans: People who have very strict ideologies they want to follow. They have certain morals that they don't want to deviate from.
Am I right or did I just make this all up from my head?

If so why all the questions about feeding vomit to Republicans and doing horrible things to the president. It seems that the Liberals (AKA Socialists) have nothing to offer but anger and useless questions that have no point.
