Thats almost like asking "which came first, the chicken or the egg?"

I would rather have a war, than have a hatred that lasts a life time. A war generally ends hate-well, it resolves the cause of the hate. Its gives the parties a chance to move on and lose the hate.

Declared war between civilized nations is rarely caused by hate, and generally leads to it only temporarily, if at all.

Many conflicts, though, are fueled by and perpatuate hate. They aren't wars in the formal sense, though, as generations of perpetual hate and conflict don't really leave anything as coherent as a civilized nation that might declare war on it's neighbor for some political or economic end.

Because Religion, like it or not has always been an integral part of a society. When there are disputes about religions between countries, sometimes it will cause war. The reason is because people will fight for their beliefs, especially when they believe it is something that will affect them and their relationship with God.

Money or greed causes war. Hate doesn't get there until after the war is declared.

In my opinion i think Hatred causes war. In some way shape or form you have to have something against someone to start a war. You might not even know it. But either one is horrible.
