I've worked at the same job for 2 half years. Our new manager hates me. She says im the "untouchable one." I do my job and im told on a regular basis im the best employee in there. I'm so fed up with all the drama and her trying to get me wrote up. She's started even using the schedual against me. She's schedualing me for 3 days only working 3 hours and going home. I told my general boss about it. She changed the schedual but its to unload a truck from 8-2 4 2 days thats one of the hardest jobs in there. I really dont want to do it and i feel like my general manager is going along with her punishing me. My general manager said the reason she doesnt like me is because her husband who works there is always asking me to have an affair with him and touching me. She says this is her way of acting out and punshing me. I dont think it's fair. What do i do about her schedualing me for the other 2 days to come unload the truck? What do i do about the boss? I feel like saying im not coming.

I dont know how to go about getting the point across to my boss about how bad this is making me feel. I think about it constantly even when im not at work. I'm looking for another job right now but I havent found anything yet. I cant just quit without a back up plan.

Tell your manager, that if she continues her treatment of you
in this manner that you are going to file sexual harassment charges against her husband, and harassment charges
against her, also if she fires you then tell her that you
will also sue the company for not doing anything about
the harassment. While you are at it, tell you general boss
about the sexual harassment and that you feel that your
manager is punishing you for her husbands harassment
in an attempt to get you to quit.
Let him know plain and clear of you intentions to sue
and stick to it, if nothing is done, get an attorney, a lot
of them will take your case for a percentage of what
you collect (normally around 30%)

Don't let these idiots ruin your life!!!

First, go to HR and file an official sexual harassment complaint and include what your new manager is doing and what the general manager has told you.

It is kind of a secret in some companies but the HR department has higher ups that are higher than the General Manager.

This sounds like you work in a distribution plant for a Walmart or something.
