was Edwards speaking the truth?

And if so do you want Bush arrested after the Dems sweep in '08?

Typically I don't pay one iota of attention to what smarmy ambulance-chasing lawyers say so I tend to ignore Edwards. However, I am interested in your, "after the Dems sweep in '08", statement. Where do come upon this little piece of brilliance? Do you really think this country will ever vote for Hillary or Barack? And if you think the neo-socialists in the DNC are gonna nominate Edwards as their candidate, I don't think your bright enough to pick a winner in the future general election.

Pretty much.

Whenever he's justifying some really wrong act, he starts babbling "9/11, 9/11, 9/11, terrorists, war on terror, 9/11".

That's indubitable.

Yes, I'd like to see all the Bushies stand trial for Crimes Against Humanity.

That would only be right.

Dem sweep?

Don't count your chickens before they're hatched.

Republicans stole 2 presidential elections in a row; and Bush clearly has no respect fo rthe Constitution.

The only reason I don't think he'll just stay in office is he's too keen to go back to Crawford and drink himself to death.

Better re-look that sweep idea, Palosi Congress has an 29% disapproval rate and Giuliani still is beating Hilary in most polls for the 08 election.

and Fred Thompson is causing a buzz among Middle of the road "Reagan Democrats" that do not want a far left moveon.org financed candidate that the left currently has...

"Of course the people don't want war. But after all, it's the leaders of the country who determine the policy, and it's always a simple matter to drag the people along whether it's a democracy, a fascist dictatorship, or a parliament, or a communist dictatorship. Voice or no voice, the people can always be brought to the bidding of the leaders. That is easy. All you have to do is tell them they are being attacked, and denounce the pacifists for lack of patriotism, and exposing the country to greater danger."

you're very appropriate. no you may blame Jenna for the Iraq warfare. She isn't the guy who sat interior the seat and voted to flow forward w/ it. people are basically being ignorant! and you're very appropriate, Chelsea became into disregarded of her fathers controversy. Jenna has her very own existence and that has no longer something to do w/ her father and congress vote casting to flow to warfare! people basically desire to make a huge deal approximately no longer something at the instant!

Good question - You get a star!

Anyone in government could make factual statement and Edwards could find a reason to object to it.

Some of what he defends - to me appears like he's refusing to take the time to listen to others or understand what they're saying.

i think its true that Bush's definition of 'enemy' has been malleable at best; and that the war has an uncertain length.

i dont agree that the war on terror is a 'slogan,' its a reality. al qaeda declared war on us way before 9/11. anyone who thinks anything but war will work with al qaeda is obviously high.

Ya, he just wanted to increase the power of the executive branch so that he could move into the middle east and secure American oil for a while. I doubt he thought that stealing oil would cost more than buying oil.

Also, hes lied to the American people, released classified information, and a countless amount of other things, Im sure if the democrats werent scared of him and the big bad republican party they could arrest him now.

I'm no fan of Bush but politicos will be politicos and will say whatever they think it takes to get elected/re-elected. Personnally I think Bush owes everyone an apology especially the people who have been killed or injured in Iraq. I hope someday he gets what he deserves.

Edwards should stick to things he has knowledge of...like hair care products and where to buy the best skin exfoliants.
