its their job to make sure the teenagers know EVERY SINGLE THING THERE IS TO KNOW ABOUT SEX...

Note its not the kids fault... it was the job of those old enough to know better and in the position of responsibity to inform and make sure its taught over and over till certain it suck in.

Does anyone else think the marines get too much credit for everything?? I know they are supposed to be the "elite" but you almost never hear someone mention the Army. It's always "marines did this", "marines did that", blah blah blah.

Well what about the grunts in the Army?? Why don't they get the credit they deserve? It seems like everyone idolizes the Marines but forgets about the Army.

I find it so sad that conservatives have, since 2000, insulted the Americaness of individuals (Democrats) who disagree with the slightest thing. The party has really come off as bitter and hate filled.

My friends and I planned a trip to Hawaii, from the beginning I said that I couldnot afford it, one of myfriends offered to use her frequent flyer milages to pay for my ticket, I agreed to this. Afterwards she books the trip without my knowldge or consent, calls me and tells me that she could not use her flyer miles and that I owed the whole price for the ticket; problem is I can't afford it, the ticket is non refundable. Can she take me to small claims court for the amt. of the ticket? I mean, she should've told me that she could't pay for my ticket and then let ME make the decision wether to go and buy the ticket or not. But when she bought the ticket she did not have my consent nor did I have any knowledge of all of this. What should I do?

I just started a job and I'm 18 but the first 3 days i worked 44+ hours :-/ I work in the state of Texas down in Houston/Katy area. its my first job so i don't know really much of the laws and I'm sure as heck not going to let them make me work like a dog and then not pay for that of me because i just started to work. I never wanted to be on earth at all. CanI hold my mom liable for bringing me into this world without my SOLE consent?

I think it was wrong of her and if my dad was alive I would want to sue him too. Can I sue him beyond the grave? Sue his soul? or even sue him in absentia?

How much can I sue my mom for?

Also would it hurt the lawsuit since im 43 and still live home with her? Im also afraid she will cut my allowance if I take her to court.

I'm 18 years old and engaged to a good man in the army. He is currently stationed in yongsan korea. He wants me to move there with him if possible so we can get married and be together. The only thing I'm a little worried about is not having a job or anything to do there because I haven't even started my education towards my career yet. In the future, I want to be a teacher or nurse. I'm currently a CNA now and I have a lot of experience tutoring/helping students. I was hoping there would be an alternative for me, education wise if I joined my fiance in korea. How did others go about achieving an education while being married to a someone in the military? Did they have to put it on hold, or did they already have their career started?
