ihave received this e-mail from what he claimed as the british national lottery ,even though im not living in united kingdom or ever heared of the brititsh national lottery.

You called it, pal. These are internet pirates, that claim they have multiple funds, and you are to have a share in them. The only problem is, in most cases you have to send them a few hundred to a few thousand dollars. If you do this, this will secure your funds until you take delivery. Once you give them the cash, they laugh all the way to the bank. Please don't fall for it, it will just give ya a hole in your wallet, and heartburn that stings.

Scam. Easy to tell. Did you enter the competition? No. Then you can't win it.
They will ask for money/bank account details, etc. You will pay and they don't.
This type of scam is all over the world, under thousands of different names. Just toss it/delete it.

I'm rich, I won a million dollars in an e-mail. Gave them my ss, bank account number, and everything they needed so I could get the check. Its been three years and I'm still waiting on that check.
