I never wanted to be on earth at all. CanI hold my mom liable for bringing me into this world without my SOLE consent?

I think it was wrong of her and if my dad was alive I would want to sue him too. Can I sue him beyond the grave? Sue his soul? or even sue him in absentia?

How much can I sue my mom for?

Also would it hurt the lawsuit since im 43 and still live home with her? Im also afraid she will cut my allowance if I take her to court.

See?? my hands and legs are tied

In America you can file a law suit for anything. I even heard of some guy suing God about 10 years ago.
But in my opinion you could not give consent until at least birth, even if it was at conception, nature had already set things in motion.
Maybe you could sue the pro life people because you weren't aborted.
On a opinionated note I liked your alien and UFO questions better.

I think you should sue God, 'cuz your mom's just an irresponsible whore, so it's not her fault you popped out. She probably doesn't even know how you happened along. Sue God, he's got a lot of cool stuff. And if you have a cat, dress him up in a suit and tell people he's your lawyer. You'll save a lot on legal fees.

Your mom told my mom you did want to come into the world with your promise of having at least one brain cell and higher than a snakes belly, you lied your mother wanted to sue you for one million but your father told her in a dream is to kick your butt out and to go for two million for damaged goods

Go ahead with the lawsuit but she'll probably counter sue on the grounds you are a complete disappointment.

This was a serious waste of five points for you.

Of course you can't sue your mom. Not even she will take you seriously.

You can solve all your problems by finding a job and getting a life.

Can I sue YOU for not committing suicide? That seems like it would solve the problem you claim to have. It would also cut down on the worthless questions.

Yes, anyone can file a lawsuit against anyone else for anything. The better question is will you be successful with it.

But since you are obviously asking this question to be funny, then me thinks you should mind your p's & q's, give mommy a hug and go to bed.

I would fully expect an 18 year old to be past the juvenile stage of yelling "I didn't ask to be born". NOBODY asks to be born. That can't mean nobody ever has any responsibility for their own lives. Adult children don't owe their parents. But neither is it the other way around.

After reading your question I have a mind to sue your mom, too - for letting you near a computer!
