The IRS requires a form, I think it is 8300, whenever anyone gives or receives over 10,000 in cash. If they can't turn up one of those, he's guilty of not filing that, at the very least.

If he didn't file one, it makes one wonder why.

i'd really like to see all the evidence i can first, before i make any kind of judgment.

but my gut's thinking he's guilty.
