Why can't we have even one candidate, for president or local or state government who will speak to real issues, and take an unpopular stand on current society? Why doesn't even one candidate take a stand and say "This corruption is wrong, and it will not continue. The military-industrial complex is wrong and I will end it. Whatever happened to truth and honesty when dealing with the people of this republic?". These views are just examples and may not speak to the wrongs that we all see in society. But the sentiment is the same. What happened to straight shooting, strong worded candidates that produce change?
Do candidates who speak to the masses, and speak of peace and truth, and honesty get sidelined or railroaded out of the mainstream by the coporations and people afraid to lose there grip on what they have? Or is America no longer capable of producing people who are uncorruptable?

Well, first of all, I am not the landlord of these annoying neighbors. They are only renting. I have written a letter to their landlord, which basically stated a complaint. I gathered several signatures from other surrounding neighbors to support this letter. These neighbors don't take care of the property, they have many vehicles that don't even run, and they are racist. They are very violent. They fight among themselves; both verbal and physical fights. They are loud. They constantly burn rubber, and they work on their cars in the street. They even do some welding too. They have loud cars, which they start up sometimes in the middle of the night. They fight among themselves early in the morning during the week around 2:00 at times. What could be done? Is it possible to get them out of the neighborhood? The majority of the neighboorhood want them out.

Well some of you may say I should burn in hell for my remarks BUT I am a catholic, Not a practicing catholic, I believe that if the catholic church and the pope are so pro immigration than they should use their own money to pay for all the benefits that illeagle immigrants recieve. They can afford it. They dont pay taxes. All that money collected on Sundays and all the wealth in Rome could take care of every person who wants to come here from Mexico.Let them feel the burden of the cost that they want to pass on to us tax payers and I am sure they would sing a different hymm

Posting this will cost me yet another account but, frankly, I don't care. People are entitled to the truth and, if it is given to them and an account is terminated, life goes on with another account.

I am an ultra-liberal, damn near on the brink of communism, man and I would never put a woman in a position where she would have to make that choice. At the same time, I feel that I should have no say over what a woman does with her body. I do not support abortion, but would not vote against it. This sounds ambivalent. Why do Republicans make us liberals seem like animals when it comes to abortion?

All taxation slows down the economy, and limits spending on goods and services. How much slower does each individual have to make the economy for it to be called a "fair share"?

It is a term that was originally used in the 1700's by sailors who would cut the lines to the anchor and try and outrun the enemy. Why is it the biggest battle that the Republicans / Conservatives want to win now a days is the war on words. They spend more money paying people to come up with sound bites than they are willing to pay the troops whose very lives they risk in fraudulent wars.

Face it folks, it is a cute little bumper sticker, but when nearly 75% percent of the country is against the war, it is nothing more than preaching to the choir. Repeating someting over and over until it becomes part of people's brains is what most of us call brainwashing.

Here's a soundbite that reflects the Republicans/ Conservatives better: "lie and die"... It flows a little better than "stay the course".

So... help these guys out! I will forward all the factual answers to Nancy Pelosi...

...making sure that Iran does not become a nuclear power, or stabilizing the Middle East?

One of my harshest critics on YA keeps saying that the whole thing is about making sure that the "Islamofacists" don't obtain nukes, and that we will be fighting in the ME for a long, long time, maybe for the next hundred years. If this is true, why didn't the Shrub tell us the truth in the first place? If the whole idea was to create a base close to Iran, why didn't he say so? Could it be because he knew that the people he works for (ostensibly the American public, who voted for him... )would not have approved??
