Ha Ha! Not sure but he should definitely be evaluated!!!! Iraq could demand technically that he be tried for murders if they wanted to. Not exactly like Saddam Hussein but a lot of innocent lives have been lost, both on there side and our own! We the people can't do a thing about it. Our sons, daughters, husbands, wives, brothers, sisters, fathers, mothers, cousins & friends are at his mercy right now. SAD, SAD state of affairs. They said they were going to break the United States and looks like that's what they are doing, only through our own President.

No. He should be held indefinitely in Gitmo as an enemy combatant.
Why should he get a fair trial if he's not willing to allow others the same luxury.

Let's see. There's a U.S. law that says that if you torture somebody, or if you conspire to torture somebody and that person dies, it is the death penalty. Unless you "render" that person to a foreign country like Egypt for torturing, and that person dies, then it's 20 years imprisonment. The conspirers and CIA are all adults, make no mistake about that.

Well since he has never been charged for a crime, I assume you mean literally. His birth certificate & wrinkle from last 6 years would easily meet burden of proof.
