Well, first of all, I am not the landlord of these annoying neighbors. They are only renting. I have written a letter to their landlord, which basically stated a complaint. I gathered several signatures from other surrounding neighbors to support this letter. These neighbors don't take care of the property, they have many vehicles that don't even run, and they are racist. They are very violent. They fight among themselves; both verbal and physical fights. They are loud. They constantly burn rubber, and they work on their cars in the street. They even do some welding too. They have loud cars, which they start up sometimes in the middle of the night. They fight among themselves early in the morning during the week around 2:00 at times. What could be done? Is it possible to get them out of the neighborhood? The majority of the neighboorhood want them out.

I live in Highland, CA. That's in San Bernardino County. I am buying a house, and they are only renting. I was living here before they moved in.

You need to call the town/city inspector about the property problem.
Write a letter to the police chief/superintendent and mayor if you have one stating all the above.
You and your other "law abiding" neighbors should not have to deal with this.
You probably will have to call the police though and make a complaint about the noise and fighting.
Don't give up! Be careful when using your name.

call the cops everytime you have a problem eventually the cops will get tired of coming out there and they will mention something to someone at city hall and then that gets the ball rolling like they send out housing inspectors ,and city code officers and whalla they are gone . Hope this helps . I had to do this one time to some of my neighbors their son broke into my shed all the time and finally I called the cops enough they ended up moving only 3 blocks away and unfortunately their son was shot and killed while breaking into someones house . I am sorry for that ,but I am not sorry for what I did . good luck .

Yes you can take them to court ask them to move, file a police report for all their violations (burning rubber, fights, loud activities at night are all justifiable reasons to call the cops) keep record and documentation of everything they do, take photos of the cars and bad and junk.
Check at your local court house what forms you should file to ask for their removal. You and the neighborhood will be given a day in court to present your petition and a judge will decide if they can stay or not.

You could start with code enforcement and move on from there.
If they are breaking the law then call the police. But if all they are doing is being loud and annoying here really isn't much you can do. I don't know where you live so I can't tell what laws cover these disturbances in your state.

Wow you must live near us? We have those neighbors too!
The only way I can think of is buy the house and become there landlords?
The neighbors we have like this is our daily live show, what else to do in this little town lol!

A couple things.
First you can talk to their landlord, which might not help at all.
Second, contact your local police or sheriff, explain the situation and ask for extra patrol if possible.
Also, if your city has code enforcement, call them.
But other then that, nothing you can do can really make someone leave an area if they don't want to.

Try not to make too much of a stink publicly, if they know you are behind the complaints, you wouldn't want to deal with that. Form a neighborhood association, draw up some rules and get them out of there.

You need to write a letter to the city, and to the home owners association. Bring it to there attention, and if they feel that these people have done wrong they will be forced to find a new place to live.

Call someone at the city. There is an inspector for that kind of thing, he will come investigate the situation and interview people, and come to a decision. Sometimes it will be taken to court, if it is neccesary. It sounds like you have a good start on things.
