I requested shipping confirmation on a priority package I sent the other day; I didn't expect it to arrive at its destination by today (it didn't) but out of curiosity, I checked its status online.

The package is going from Georgia to Connecticut. So why oh why is it in PORTLAND, OREGON, a few thousand miles across the country?

How does shipping in the USPS work? And why does a package that I could DRIVE to its destination in under a day need to go cross-country to presumably be flown back to Connecticut, or who knows where?

What would happen if someone got convicted of murder (or something) and they found out who commited the crime only from DNA samples and that person was an identical twin. How would they be able to tell which twin, triplet, etc. commited the crime, considering identical twins have the same DNA.

I guess Bush isn't a conservative after all. He's just like all the liberal wussies out there. I never thought I'd see Bush acting like Neville Chamberlin. Did you?

Of course they can't point them in the right immidiate, short term and long term direction without knowing what that direction is, but if they really really try much harder know that direction (in terms of philosophical, tactical, stratigic diplomatic and policy direction) and then get things moving in that direction in the most effective, positive, productive, polite, subtle way so governments would have no reason to resist it (of course the aproach would have to be continueally refined so as to eliminate causes of resistence) then wouldn't that be a very very good thing?

He said that getting the badge earned you a lot of respect in Basic Training and that not many people could get it. Looking at what you need to get a maximum score, it doesn't seem too hard to get a perfect score. Is what he said true?

I'm not looking for snarky "Bill Clinton" or "George Bush" answers. If you want to back a political agenda, do so on a true villain in American history, not some recent president/candidate.

I want to know who you believe is the one (two or three if you want) most vile villain in American history, someone who truly harmed this nation and mankind for the worse with their actions.

I think that every drug should be available for purchase by anyone of proper age. Its my body, back off, you know? I dont feel it is the government's job to decide what is and is not good for me. People get angry when I say that, but honestly who are you trying to protect by making them illegal, people with no will power? let them worry about it.

against humanity in the world court? I believe that it would be handled under Int'l. law, like from the Hague World court, but what would be needed to get a conviction of Bush & a world court war crimes trial for him? Could they do that to a US President?
