I haven't heard the content of our one-one talks with Iran, so I can't say "appeasment" or not.

However, President Bush has ALWAYS put diplomacy first... particularly with Colin Powell as SECSTATE.

Nothing wrong with backing up the carrot with a big-stick...

Appeasement of our sworn enemys will be the ruin of us all!!! He has no choice now because the libtards, led by the shrew Nancy Pelosi have come to power and let it be known that they will not tolerate any more of this war to defeat our enemys!!! We can negotiate!! This type of policy will only hasten the escalation of this war!!! Our enemy will only be defeated by our being proactive not reactive(ala Bill Clinton) If Obama or Hillary become President,we are doomed.
