in slidell, its ran by dumbass people, the person who runs the mall wont allow a hot topic or spencers, how do i make them get one, i know theres some teens that would love to have those stores

You can't force a mall to open a store...people can run their businesses however they see fit. As long as they're not discriminating against the individual store owners, there's nothing you can do to "force" the manager to allow a store in the mall. If you think there are enough teens who would buy stuff from a Hot Topic or Spencers, you should organize a petition saying that and send it to the corporate headquarters of the chain. They can decide if they want to try and put a store in, but they can't make the mall manager allow them to do so.
