ok, they disagree with the war, but to call it Bush's war shows they are NOT supporting our troops and giving hope to the terrorist who are waiting for us to leave...where is the solidarity of supporting the troops if it is labeled as "Bush's war" besides last time i checked it was congress that declared war...

I have a friend whose last name I don't remember- she never used it and was foreign lettering. Last I knew she was hanging out with some people who should have been in jail. I know which half of the state she would be in (if actually in prison) and what the general charges might be, but nothing more. Any chances of finding her?

ok i hate the army well that boot camp part, but im thinking of joining(a guy keeps calling and telling me to join)plus they help paying 4 school ...well this is kinda weird but how do you do it during that time of the month i get really sick i just stay in bed it suks! im worried how would i deal with it during training(boot camp) should i just not join?? how does it all work.. thanks!

practice the rule of no sex before marriage? I'm in college and I have a very conservative republican friend who is pro-life. However she also has practiced "safe sex" with multiple partners. If you think life is so precious shouldn't you refrain from having sex until you are ready to have children. If you are pro-life are you waiting to have sex until you are ready to have children?

My boyfriend wants to go join the navy and become a fighter pilot. We have been happly together for 1 year and 2 months. We want to get married on Jan. 24 the day we met and in the year 2009. I want to make sure that I am not giving up my rights to any award that the court may award to my sister, as she was the one who filed the law suit.The lawyer sent me a form to get notorized, and send back to him. It had those words above on it , and it sounded kind of weird to me.... Please HELP!

Does anyone know what the laws are for carrying/owning swords in pembroke pines FL because I'm a martial artist and sometimes I can't get a ride home so I have to walk and pretty much have to hide my sword because I'm not sure if its illegal to have one or carry it on the street or if there is some sort of permit I need or something. Also if somebody could give me a link to a website that could answer the question it would be appriciated. A couple of my friends say that the cops would take it away but I really dont like to go with heresay

What's the actual PROOF that the activities you seek to curtail are the proximate cause of the 1.1 degree F warming that, on average, the earth has experienced over the last 110-120 years?
Not "well a lot of smart people believe it" - that's not proof.
Not "you're stupid to question it" - the Emperor's New Clothes strategy won't work here.
Not "you hate the planet." Intimidation won't work here.
Not "do you work for big oil?" I don't, nor is motive relevant - if it were, it would have to work both ways and there aren't too many people on the AGW side who haven't sought to curtail fossil fuel use for countless other reasons including global cooling.
Not "it's warmer" - it's NOT warmer than it was 1000 or 5000 years ago and in both instances there was no fossil fuel use and atmospheric CO2 levels were lower than today. It's warmer than it was 100 years ago but the issue is whether we are the CAUSE of it.
I'll take "we can't afford to wait" as an admission.

I live in an apartment that is the back half of a house; my landlord, an eccentric but youthful-looking lady of about 50, lives in the front. She and her "boyfriend," an older black man who's served time for drug-dealing and apparently attempted murder many years ago (though he seems fine - I've often talked to him - and he shovels my walkway), constantly fight and swear in the front apartment. I don't trust him and am fairly sure that he often threatens her (with violence and probably worse), but she won't kick him out (which very much baffles and irritates me). In any case, since I know and often talk to them both, I feel weird calling the cops - though I usually want to - when I hear them fighting. Thoughts? Opinions?
