She has to treat her comrades with their gunshot wounds etc. Then she has to treat the taliban who are brought in injured, only for them to go out and try to kill our men. What is wrong with this country. They would hardly do the same would they?

There are not enough people in the military to do both protect America and have all the people that needed in Iraq! Yes it is good to have a plan, but thinking about how it is going to work is important too!

I am 15, right now I live in Canada and I want to go to university in the US. Probably UNC or Duke. But I would like to stay in the US after I have finished university, and I can get a job and green card.

But I have heard that they will not let a person into the US on a student visa if they know the person has the intent to stay in the US after university. I have also heard that I cannot actually apply for a green card when in the US on a student visa, even if an employer is sponsering me. I really want to live in the US after I have finished university there (I really don't want to go to a Canadian university), so what would be the best thing for me to do if they will not let me stay after university? I have family in North Carolina but they are not immediate family. So is it even possible to do what I would like to do? I REALLY want to live in the US, it's like my long term goal, so please tell me there is some hope that I can still get in?

I hear the question "if you support the Iraq war, why are you not there?" so much that I thought of a way to twist it.

Obviously Bush does not want to pull out, so why not get over there and help them win so they can come home? Sitting around and complaining is not going to defeat the inevitable. We pull out now and we'll be back in 5 years.

Does it matter if the canidate is young (27) with no office experience, but extremely aware of issues and plans has past political experience working with members in office? What would get people to vote for you? Does it just matter for this kind of race to post banners around the neighborhood? Also going out to the public being fairs, but would people just vote for you, because they know your name? How can you get volunteers? How do you manage the campaing and fundraise?

Liberals can't override a veto in both the house and the senate.

"by: no_amnesty_period (46/Los Angeles, CA)

House needs 290 votes...Dems have 229

Senate needs 67 votes...Dems have 49"

U.S. Constitution:
"The president is permitted to veto specific legislative acts, but Congress has the authority to override presidential vetoes by two-thirds majorities of both houses"

It can't be Military because it's members are appointed by the Government. It can't be the Government because it's members are elected representatives of the people who also appoint some key officials, and a democratic government is "of the people, by the people and for the people". So "The People" are the real " Super Power".

Doesn't that put a total responsibility on each citizen to adopt, carry, uphold and protect "The American National Values- The values of the Super Power" - Life, Liberty, and Justice for ALL(including non-Americans), in their daily life as they interact with the local other-world( the non-Americans in US) and the world at large, because American leaders induce and propagate these values all over the world with a big bullhorn where ever they go.

This kind of behavior strengthens the basic premise "All Men are Created Equal", a solid basis for the woman's liberation movement in its early stages, strengthens "Super Power" and weakens "terrorism".
