Do liberals think capitalism, republicans and SUVs have caused the temperature to rise less than 1 degree over the last 100 years? Was it capitalism that destroyed the last ice age about 70,000 years ago?

Without global warming would we be stuck in an ice age right now?

I read the article where Speaker Pelosi is requesting a larger plane than was previously offered to Speaker Hastert. The larger plane would cost tax payers twenty-two thousand dollars an hour to fly. Representatives for Mrs. Pelosi claim that it is merely security concerns due to the smaller plane not being able to make the trip to San Francisco without refueling. It sure seems a liitle odd to me. What do you think?

My husband is a serious alcoholic. He will leave the house sober but come home so drunk he will fall flat on his face when he walks in the door! It is just a matter of time before he gets a DUI or worse yet, kills somebody on the road. My question is, to prevent a horrible accident, can I make a citizens arrest next time he comes home intoxicated while driving? I live in California, if that makes a difference.

because we were wrestling around & i got upset & it got into an arguement i tried to force him off me & i ended up hitting my nasal bone on the bottom on my refridgerator, & i fractored that bone. when the cops got there i told them a diffrent story & now he could be facing up to 5 years in prison on this, what should i do i go met with a county attorney today about this & about are no contact order that the state automatically puts in affect. what should i do & how should i do this for the best of the both of us.. not to mention we have a 6 month old daughter. help please

I started working for and Agency. One week ago I was put on a temporary contract till march, the first day of my booking I experience a very hostile environment, at first I thought nothing of it that’s just life not everyone can't get along. one my second day I started to realize that the hostility was directed at me especially from the managers which happened to be two white women, I not really one to cry racism at any little thing I’m a strong person and I can handle myself. but I felt very uncomfortable with this environment it was the first time I’ve every experience such discrimination on the forth day I was called in the office and told that "I wasn’t what they were looking for" No other valid reason was discussed I later found out that another black girl was sent to the same company two weeks b4 and left for similar reason, should they get away with this?
