Here in northwest Ohio. We had a trial that was concluded recently. It was a case of an attempted child abduction. The offender has two prior convictions for pandring young girls on the internet. He then attempted to snatch a 12 year old girl off the street in Toledo. The girl was fortunate and broke away, then ran for help. She was also smart enough to remember the plate number on his car.

He went to trial, the judge did not allow the previous convictions to be introduced as evidence, because some how pandering minors on the internet and actually trying to grab one are unrelated. The trial ended in a hung jury. As the second trial was approaching he plea bargained down to 6 months in jail.

My questions are what happened to oue justice system? Should we find a way to hold the judge and prosecuter responsible if he gets out and tries something else ? How could the Judge live with himself if he gets out and snatches a 12 year old and rapes her ?

I have read many articles, on the subject, about $12 billion in cash sent by the U.S. to Iraq to help start up the government. It seems now they cannot find the money. You would think that in this day and age they should have done a wire transfer,NOBODY PAYS IN CASH!

Do you think its ok for them to have children they cant afford and expect the government to support them paying for their food, medaical , daycare, heating and cooling bills, And will not work fulltime to help themselves?

They say they are so poor and need help, yet they drink, use drugs, and have the internet, If they are so poor why do they have time to be online but no time to work??

Dont you think its time the government says ENOUGH............ Im tired of paying taxes for these deadbeats personally. There is nothing wrong with getting help when your in a bad spot but that doesnt last for years !!!!

Why should My tax dollars help them if they wont try ? Why give them tax refunds for child tax credit, if they didnt work fulltime?

...applied for family-based visa, i.e. I am an American citizen. We are eligible for waiver of visa denial by the Attorney General. Has anybody been in situation like this? Can the Attorney General overturn the Consul`s denial? What options do we have to get reunited? How can they keep families apart?

I bought a set of cylinder heads for my truck from a used parts place (hole in the wall). Both are cracked. They gave me a receipt with a written warranty that specifically warranties that there are no cracks. I've informed them and they have been (BUSY) trying to get me a new set. What are my right's on this. What are theirs? How long do I have before I get screwed out of my money?

if for example i get pregnant and the doctor says that there is over 98 percent chance that my baby and me will DIE due to health complications,
and my doc gives me an option for abortion...........why would it be your business? (and NO im NOT referring to abortion for birth control, im referring to a life/death situation)
who are YOU to judge me and my life and look through my medical records and history? would you want ME or any other stranger to look through YOUR medical records and dictate what you should or shouldnt in this time of MEDICAL crisis. Abortion is a MEDICAL ISSUE.
don't you think i as a woman am capable enough to make my own decisions regarding this matter?
abortion is a medical issue between ME and my doctor... who are you to take away my choice? who are you to look through my medical records?

I was just wondering. Does the First Sgt get any credit for his soldiers reenlisting in his company? Our 1sg seem to really care about his soldiers reenlisting. He will go as far as talking to everyone 1 on 1 and then keep bugging each one of us every 2 weeks. Whats going on here?

he cried to his mommy and she was only trying to get us back because after many stealing incidents, her son " stole" from my home when only my little brother was here. He took my gun and ammo. I went to the police and they said they couldnt do anything because it was my word against his word, and anyways we still didnt press charges. Now she comes off with this crap! Yesterday was our court date. We went and they said to have no contact with the victim and my best friend, and they put both defendants(my friend and I) on parental house arrest! I need a good attorney and I would like to know some possible outcomes to this...I will post more later.
