We all know that it was Bin Laden that was behind the attack on 9-11. Why do you think Bush, instead of giving everything militarily, diplomatically etc into finding Bin Laden and stamping out al qaida in Afghanistan, decided to give up on it and turn on Iraq? Was it oil? war-mongering? some ego trip he was on? something else?

Please give me your most well thought-out and intelligent answer.

N. Korea Agrees to Nuclear Disarmament
Tuesday, February 13, 2007 6:56 AM EST
The Associated Press
By BURT HERMAN

BEIJING (AP) — North Korea agreed Tuesday after arduous talks to shut down its main nuclear reactor and eventually dismantle its atomic weapons program, just four months after the communist state shocked the world by testing a nuclear bomb.

The deal marks the first concrete plan for disarmament in more than three years of six-nation negotiations, and could potentially herald a new era of cooperation in the region with the North's longtime foes — the United States and Japan — also agreeing to discuss normalizing relations with Pyongyang.

Under the deal, the North will receive initial aid equal to 50,000 tons heavy fuel oil within 60 days for shutting down and sealing its main nuclear reactor and related facilities at Yongbyon, north of the capital, to be confirmed by international inspectors.

For irreversibly disabling the reactor and declaring all nuclear programs, the North will eventually receive another 950,000 tons in aid.

The agreement was read to all delegates in a conference room at a Chinese state guesthouse and Chinese envoy Wu Dawei asked if there were any objections. When none were made, the officials all stood and applauded.

I am from sommalia, after we got engaged my mother checked my to be wife to check if she was circumcised.Sadly she was not circumcised. My mother decided to circumcise her the same night of our marriage.I remember she was escorted into the room with my mother. She did not know anything about what she was getting into.Though I knew I didnt tell as i know she would not co-operate.My mother stripped her naked and fifteen women who come with the circumciser took hold of her and pinned her on the bed. They opened her legs wide open and riped clotoris out.I was not allowed to come in but i knew they had started to cut her as she was screaming her lungs out.No sooner did they rip her clotoris she became unconcious and she started bleeding very profusely. We rushed her to the hospital were she was given 4 sticthes. She was unconcious for 3 days after which she regained concious..She is so scared that she is not allowing anyone to have a glimpse of it ,she is unconsolable how can I help her recover?

The Army has a program referred to WOFT (Warrant Officer Flight Training), where unlike any other Warrant Officer position; you dont have to belong to the Military before starting training and its often referred to "High School to FLight School". (It all has to do w/ helicopters, not fixed-wing)

Does any other branch, or the Army, have any other programs dealing w/ piloting? Or any other program where you go in the Military right after High School and it leaves you w/ a good job within the Military and skills you could use in the civillian world? (ex. like WOFT, leaving you w/ piloting skills and a Warrant Officer position)

Any advice/help would be great.

(It doesnt have to do w/ piloting, any program that leaves you w/ good training that doesnt associate itself w/ college; right out of High School)

friend was present and took the gun from the scene and now my son is being charged with 1st degree. From the 1st he stated that the man had a gun, they bagged the mans hands at the scene but according to the prosecutor, no test was done. THis is a small town and the parents of this man are well known here. My question, is there anything that can be done to show that the state did ot do the test because they work with the prosecution. My son has been told that this could be a major issue that should be brought up before his trial and possibly get it thrown out. Please no stupid answers, this is very, very important and will affect my sons life. thank you so much

Should we be giving courses in South African schools that involve
not just dealing with crime issues, but the causes and effect,
should criminology be a subject choice from std 5 - matric in
S.A. schools, also should life skills involving community service
not be brought into the South African Schools system, to try to
stop the spread of crime to youngsters, who live in situations,
where they need to learn from example as well as experience...

Do they go far enough in the school system to talk about the
consequences of crime with teens in South Africa, this should
start at primary school level, so that at a high school level they
can make the right decisions, what do you think..........................
