The Army has a program referred to WOFT (Warrant Officer Flight Training), where unlike any other Warrant Officer position; you dont have to belong to the Military before starting training and its often referred to "High School to FLight School". (It all has to do w/ helicopters, not fixed-wing)

Does any other branch, or the Army, have any other programs dealing w/ piloting? Or any other program where you go in the Military right after High School and it leaves you w/ a good job within the Military and skills you could use in the civillian world? (ex. like WOFT, leaving you w/ piloting skills and a Warrant Officer position)

Any advice/help would be great.

(It doesnt have to do w/ piloting, any program that leaves you w/ good training that doesnt associate itself w/ college; right out of High School)

each military branch offers training in hundreds of different fields, many of which translate directly into civilian jobs. No college necessary, they will train you completely. In fact, you can get college credit just for completing schooling within the military.

the Army utilizes Warrant officers more than any other branch, although they exist in the other services. Any of the services will give you usable skills right out of high school, although with the Army and Marines, you are more likely to go straight to Iraq. It all depends on what skills you are trying to develop. I retired from the Air Force after 24 years, and saw many talented enlisted troops who were certified network engineers, IT specialists, comm-computer folks etc. The military will get you trained and certified...IF they need those skills. many of these kids get out after 4 or 6 years and start making $75k/yr on the outside because they get so much experience in the military.
