Cops do good things, and bad things. I know doing good things is their job, but to me, anytime someone does something heroic I find it newsworthy, whether it is in their job description or not.

Why does the news media seem to carry negative officer stories 10 to 1 over positive?

Any idea how we can convince them we DO like reading stories about cops and firemen who do brave things?

She has only a few years Senate experience. Sure, she was around the whitehouse, but many people have been "around the whitehouse." She's never held comparable elected office prior to being a Senator. She went to law school, but many women do that. Is she only the "front runner" because she can raise the money to be? Is it not about being qualified?

Even Barak Hussein Obama has more direct legislative public policy experience than Hillary.

The Minuteman Civil Defense Corps is a group headed by Chris Simcox dedicated to preventing illegal crossings of the U.S. border. Believing that the government is not sufficiently concerned with securing the U.S. border, they have elected to take the job upon themselves. Several state chapters have been organized, with the intention to provide law enforcement agencies with evidence of immigration law violations

Simcox assures that the group will only be reporting incidents to law enforcement, not directly confronting immigrants. The volunteers view themselves as calling attention to illegal immigration in the U.S. There is a standard operating procedure (SOP) that must be followed by Minutemen volunteers. Rules include not speaking to, approaching, gesturing towards or having physical contact in any way with any suspected border crossers they may see.

Since we are leaving the Iraqis dealing with their problems now, why are we still there? Is the insurgency so strong that the actual Iraqi government could collapse?... or is about holding the ground for future military actions in the region?...or maybe we are just trying to avoid a civil war, which in my opinion it already started..?

There is this kid at West Monroe High School, and I was going there right before I dropped out to go to bootcamp. He always wears a black leather trenchcoat. and like odd glasses and a black leather baret. I was kinda scared at school. One day they said over the intercom for no body to where trenchcoats to school anymore. because we shouldnt have to tell you why for you to know., Refering to the columbine shootings. i guess. well i happend to find his myspace and he has pictures on there with him and a collection of "GUNS". when i say guns. i mean a lot of guns. some on there on his captions saying my evil look and stuff. what should i do to go by this and make it clear to authorities to be on the look for this dude? i am really worried about my friends there everyday. i cant go talk to anyone there cuz i do not go there any more.

I need to know what the minimum mialage is from one depot to another before i can claim travel costs.

my current travel milage is 15 miles to work, the depot is moving 14.5 miles further away from my home direction resulting in me having to travel 31.5 miles.

Recently Supreme Court of India has considered all citizens of India s equal means all public servents including MLA ,MP every one is equal in case of India Law. And as per CRPC 154 it is obligatory on the part of Police Inspector to register FIR irrespective of the facts mentioned with the section mentioned in written registered application letter to register FIR.

I sent Registered post to Sarkhej Police Station to register FIR against Mrs. Sonia Gandhi and Mr. Ahmed Patel , PA to mrs. Sonia Gandhi as per Guidelines of Supreme Court.
The information provided under RIGHT Of Information Act from PIO of Ahmedabad rural Police mentioned that they have not received any such application. Indian post dep.provide all proof and Hon.C.M.office also provide proof. Let me know waht can be done further.
