this still doesn't allow Henry Kissenger, who was born in Furth Germany, And lets us also not forget Madeleine Albright who was born to Czech parents in Yugoslavia. And speaking of her this question came up at the time of Clintons empeachment, and the possiblity of the same happening to Mr. Gore and there where no provisions found for skipping some one in line of succestion, the line is written into law in 79 Ithink it was. People these are not my rules these are the law of the land. Now if the people in power can break these laws what else can they do don't believe me or take my word look it up yourself

The facts:
City sez my speed 28 in 20 mph school zone.
The temperature was sub freezing.(27 degrees) affecting readings?
My driving record is totally spotless. No speeding tix in the last 10 years.
Was well aware of the speed trap prior.
90% of school zone speed limits in Washington require kids to be present when the lower speed is in effect; most school zones are directly in front of the school or within eye shot of the school. (City sez a school zone from 6am to 6pm regardless). There were no children during the so called infraction, no school in sight.
Have already mailed back contesting the ticket. Now awaiting first hearing
Ticket does not affect ins
I am a cheap MoFo/ city likes their speed traps
I have more time than money or sense?
nutshell: I want to make it more costly for the city to deal with me and my requests for police/equipment/subpeonas for records than to dismiss the $101 tix.
Please Don't answer w "stop speeding" need real help to defeat bad law.

In India we pay all sort of taxes and every year some new tax comes out. Our tax money is used to pay the politicians, police, municipal staff, president and all other govt. institutions etc. Our money is used when our politicians fight like dogs in the lok sabha, our money is used to give admission to the reserved category, our money is used implementing new schemes.
Do you think that we tax paying Indians get enough out of it? Dyou feel you are paying it just to be out of any legal hassles? If given a choice would you yet pay it? Don't you think like every company presents it balance sheets the government should also do so with proof of every expense made?

My husband left me in October of last year with a promise that we would file our taxes jointly and split the money evenly, and then he filed without me and claimed one of my children. I transferred half of the money from his account to my bank account through paypal without him knowing of course. Think about it.....If you robbed a bank...would you video tape yourself saying that you did it...and then leave the tape some where so the authorities would find it? If Bin Laden was so smart to create the crime of the century....do you really think he would do something so stupid as to film a confession tape? Plus...If he wanted to take all the credit and glory for it...then why didn't he send the tape to the White House? Our troops supposedly found the tape in an abandon apartment in Afghanistan.

There's a few friends that used to be on the same ship (USS Wadsworth) as me back when I was in the Navy down in 32nd Street, San Diego. No there arent regular republicans on here, but crazy republicans. What bothers me are the insults and pure ignorance without any effort to attempt to educate. Why are people still calling Sen. it's very disturbing to me when I hear of judges handing down light sentences to serious child molesters ( case in point:Judge Cashman in Vermont) with no concern for the victim's rights. Are we becoming a nation so focused on the "rights" of the criminal that we have lost our moral compass to do the right thing for those who are truly victims?
