Idaho 18 Rape for intercourse if the victim is under 18.

I live in Idaho, and I believe the law is if you are 18 and above and have sex with someone under 16 that is considered statuary rape. It could be under the age of 18, as I may be mistaken. You might call a lawyer annomously, and ask about the law for sure.
