this still doesn't allow Henry Kissenger, who was born in Furth Germany, And lets us also not forget Madeleine Albright who was born to Czech parents in Yugoslavia. And speaking of her this question came up at the time of Clintons empeachment, and the possiblity of the same happening to Mr. Gore and there where no provisions found for skipping some one in line of succestion, the line is written into law in 79 Ithink it was. People these are not my rules these are the law of the land. Now if the people in power can break these laws what else can they do don't believe me or take my word look it up yourself

Naturalized citizens can validly occupy cabinet positions but they cannot run for President because they are disqualified under the Constitution.

Anyone not qualified in succession for president would be passed over for the next in line to which cabinet members are pretty far down in successsion. There would have to be an AWFUL disaster to get to Secretary of State, etc.
