I do applaud Bush for his economic choices. Why is he against science? Science: Global Warming, Stem Cell research, funding higher education instead of Iraq, Environmental protection. Even his NASA agenda takes funding away from important projects. I think Bush is very short sighted and is just a servant to business. What do you think? Its ironic that some CEO's are now rebuking him for the same reasons.

Im 17, I graduate from High School with the class of 2007 here in the next few months (I should be the class of 2008, graduated early). And I want to enlist in the Marines as 0331, Machine Gunner.

Now, my parents are totally against enlisting; they want be to go through NROTC in college and all that. But I need their signature, their permission, to enlist because Im 17 for another year and Im not waiting a year to join.

How can I bring them over to my side and sign it? (Ive been to a recruiter a couple of times, but would you just need Dads? (Or vice-versa) Or both, Mom and Dads?

in N.Y recently i guess, there cant be more than 5 people under 21 in a class, so if some one made that decision to drop out and want to regain there prosperitys shouldnt they have the option of getting one and not have to be held back more, Some senaters have a G.E.D what if they had to wait longer? and on most forms G.E.D and H.S diploma are together and dont mean anything, my girl decided what she wanted to get into after she dropped out and should be able to earn that if she wanted 2 with out being restricted, every kid doent want to go to school at some point but we have our parents to make us, and 2 understand why but her father was lack luster toward her than 2 her brother, but now shes making her own choices and finding dead ends, yes iit will discourage drop outs but should they be giving the oppurtunity to rebound?

Today both congress and B.J.P. is together making all the efforts to trouble the U.P. govt. lead by shri Mulayam singh yadav ji, never U.P. had such a efficent goverment who is working its best to make Uttar pardesh as Uttam pardesh.

Mulayam singh ji is a politician who believe in politics of development and ir-respective of what efforts congress make mulayam singh ji will emerge stronger and bigger than all those who believe in politics of hate, religon, caste etc.

He is the tallest national leader.

I'm an IT Contract & I'm aware of the unsecure nature of the work. However I was recently offered a contract by an organisation & my agency & myself signed all the relevant contracts.I assume the contract is between the agency & myself. The organisation who I would be working at then pulled out & the job fell through. This is after I turned down work elsewhere.Do I have any form of case to take the organisation due to employ me to court? Or is the fact I was going through an agency something that means I have no recourse?

Basically can I sue them for earnings I should have earned? And lost income through other work?

Everyone knows this is inevitable, especially after the past couple months; but how long do you think it will take for it to start?

There are a couple of scenarios...

- Israel takes the first hit at Iran, US comes in to help Israel against Iran
-Iran makes the first strike at Israel, US comes in to help Israel against Iran
-(This ones unlikely, but could happen) US makes first strike, Israel comes in to fight Iran

When do you think it will start? And what do you think will be the last straw that makes one of the countries launch the war off?

Who else will gegt involved in the War; on the Israeli-American side AND the Iranian side?

The USA attacked the sovereign nation of Iraq for other reasons than weapons of mass destruction. Iraq had a debilitated army due to sanctions and was never a threat to the United States. Iraq's "government" can't garauntee peace and order in the streets. In reality, there is anarchy in Iraq. I think everybody should clean up their own mess and so should the United States. They shouldn't charge the Iraqis for the reconstruction of Iraq, after all, they destroyed the infrastructure that garaunteed peace. The Iraq war has killed more civilians than Saddam. Iraq is not better off today. They live in anarchy.

If so, why didn't those liars that you voted for, do something about those issues when they had full control of the government for six years

No attempt to ban gay marriage and only a ban on late term abortion with exceptions.

They had the ultimate opportunity to give you what they promised and thumbed their noses at you.
