My daughter has told us that her father has been touching her. The law is involved and went to her father's house to question him. He refused to speak to the deputy without his lawyer. If he didn't hurt my baby, because i'm sure he'll deny it, why wouldn't he cooperate with the investigation?

I don't know whether it's his close association with Georgie Boy in the White House, but TB seems to get more shifty with the years. From his demeanour we all know that he motivated the cash for honours scandal, and it is probably only strings being pulled from behind the scenes that are keeping him out of nick. I think that his cavalier attitude is actually undermining the position of Prime Minister of this country.

Some speculate that this is the pre-cursor to Armageddon, that some 2/3 of all humans will be killed.

What does this mean? China has over 6 billion, so if we move there, we know at least nearly 1/3 of China will be left alive, but what about other places?

Does this mean almost all people in other countries will be killed?
What percent of people do you think will die in WW3 or Armageddon before it is over?

Who do you think will survive, and why?

If you are against the Iraq War - then you must be "conservative" since the democratic peace theory is liberal ideology.

If you are against "the corporate machine" - then you are, once again, conservative - since free trade and unregulated markets are a product of neoliberal ideology.

If you say "prayer in school and religious monuments should not be enforced by government" then you are very conservative, since liberal theory also suggests that government should enforce morality.

If you are against unwarrented wiretapping, then you are conservative, because conservatives want less government in our personal lives.

So why do convervatives call democrats 'liberal' on these issues? Sounds hypocritical - doesnt it?

What does it discover? What does it invent? What laws of science does it involve? Is it just one person's propaganda versus another's? Enlighten me as to what makes politics a science?

I was born in Canada to American parents. I have spent most of my life in America and claim American citizenship. I currently own a U.S. passport. Canada says I also have Canadian citizenship, so does that mean I can own a second passport issued by Canada? Also...I am married to a British citizen and after three years I can apply for a U.K. passport...but will I have to give up my American passport? Is there a way I can own passports from all 3 countries?

It might seem so, especially 2nd grade state univercities. But truth is rather different.

After HS person doesnt really have a political view. Its usually not very strong. Once this person gots into liberal college, crowed psycology starts working. Person wants to be in a crowed, afraid of being different. And becomes more and more liberal. Being there against liberalism is difficult. Crowd will stamp on you.

However those who are pre meds or pre law and have a huge courseload, those who study a lot, seem to be more apolitical.

Later more successful become more conservative, and less sucessfull continue to fight against corporate machine.

Is it like this or just my imagination?!>
