If a Man earn lot of money by looted people & He had lived with taht money joyful, luxarious & he was kiiling to people, harassing to people, & one time he will die by natural death, so when he will get the punishment.

he will take birth again as a pauper. he will b afflicted by terrible disease from birth itself, get punished for crimes he did not do in this birth and will be harassed by people whom he bothered in his previous life.

I find that answer really disturbing.
I mean if someone is "afflicted by terrible disease from birth" then it translates to "he has done severe crimes in his past life" I find this answer as a dis respect to someone who is going through this misery.
As for the question, there are only 2 possible outcomes:
1) Never
2) In his/her after life
Although no one can be certain till we die.
